comcast is ripping people off and needs to be investigated there messing with peoples cable and charging for channels they dont want they trick me into a contract and they wont let me go to basic cable

Comcast, shame on you. Have gotten too big for your britches. Support staff all over the country who don't know what they are doing. I have had issues starting in November & each person has made the problem worse. My VOIP system has been out for over a week. Great for business. Get me a supervisor who can really fix my problem

We have been subscribed for at least two years and the internet IS SLOWER THAN A TURTLE. IT ALWAYS STOPS OR ITS SLOW EVEN WHEN THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON USING IT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO UNHELPFUL THAT I HOPE THEY FALL DOWN A TUB OF MOLTEN LAVA. ANYONE THAT SAYS COMCAST IS OK OR EVEN CLOSE TO OK SHOULD STOP TAKING WHATEVER MONEY THEY ARE GETTING TO TELL THESE LIES. WE ARE SWITCHING VERY SOON, WAITING FOR THE CONTRACT TO BE OVER. DONT EVER GET COMCAST! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS.

I cannot have a dish where I live which is the only reason im still with comcast. ..everyday there is some type of issue with infinity in demand today's issue is it freezes up constantly and wont let u rent anything error messages etc....comcast is si expensive and is horrible in so many ways! Wish I had other options!

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. seriously they should stop serving people. They overcharged, hey change your services, offer you a nice package for an affordable price, the surprise: it doubled up for x and y reason. Customer service is not polite, signal is bad, WI-FI is slow, the channel line-up sucks!!! After 4 months of being overbilledm and had a TERRIBLE SERVICE I got to disconnected from COMCAST (I had to bring the router to their store, it was back in July) I aged in those four months believe me. On September I received a new bill from these f****s, they continue charging me with no reason. Because thy bill you one month in advance so there is no way to own them money lol. When I got disconnected I had actually balance in my favor. But if comcast could take you eyes, it would!! Called several times to solve it. It was supposed to be solved, but guess what I am in collection center now. REALLY? Now I can't get anyone to help me because they say I need to solve with them, that comcast has nothing to do with it :( COMSCAST is the worst BS!!!

Comcast in Washington, District Of Columbia - Nightmare Experience with Returned Equipment - Not Even a Customer anymore
We cancelled our Comcast service in June 2014 because of the inability of Comcast to get out internet to work after multiple technician visits and calls to Comcast. Last week, I received a call from a 3rd party called Equipment Recovery Service claiming we did not return all of our Comcast equipment. This is false as we returned our equipment via a UPS mailbox that was mailed to us by Comcast with pre-paid labels. We do not possess any Comcast equipment as we mailed everything in our possession back (2 cable boxes, 1 internet modem and 2 remote controls). I was told by the 3rd party company that only Comcast can resolve this issue of removing the missing equipment from my account. On 9/23 I called and the service rep said Comcast was missing 1 of my cable boxes and that 1 cable box and 1 modem had been returned on different dates (impossible as everything was mailed together in one large box). She said she would send a ticket to the equipment research group and someone would get back to me by 9/29/2014. As no one got back to me by 9/29/2014, I called Comcast again on 9/29/2014 and spoke to another customer service rep in the Silver Spring office. She now claims I am missing 2 items – a cable box and a modem (which is more equipment than noted last week). She also told me this is not a Comcast problem and is a UPS problem. She said she would check with the warehouse and get back to me if someone contacts her. Her supervisor refused to speak with me. I am extremely frustrated at this fraudulent business practice of Comcast. We returned all our equipment and Comcast is claiming we still have equipment, sent my information to a 3rd party equipment collection service, and is unable to answer my questions or help me address the issue when I call.

Comcast in Washington, District Of Columbia - THEY CHARGE ME, OVER CHARGE ME AND THEN CHARGE ME AGAIN. WORS SERVICE EVER
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! Comcast is the worst service I've ever had. The only nice customer service agents they have are the ones who engage you to their company to take your money. I enrolled in comcast bc they offered me a $89.99 plan ($100.00 plus fees taxes, etc) they include phone (WHICH I DIDN'T ASK FOR UT THEY SAY IT WAS FREE, and included 300 minutes for international calls), tv and internet. All of sudden "someone" has changed my package WITHOUT my authorization to another plan and my bills went from $110 to $160-$170, IT WAS CRAZY!!! I'd ask to have my package back, but nothing they would still charge me one way or other. The customer service agents are all LIARS, they would say I'd pay less next month ($130) but next bill would be like $190! It was the most horrible nightmare! I wanted to cancel the service they wouldn't let me do it and they'd just offer more packages, or bonus like HBO or SHOWTIME! I tried once and once again. After talking with 15 different agents I grabbed the router (modem) one day with me, went to the office and returned it. They HAD to cancel my service of course and they promised they would send me a check for the last month I paid in advance, they sent the check, now after 1 month they call me telling me I need to return the check PLUS I OWE THEM MONEY bc of international calls I was not entitled to do. OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Comcast ARE THE WORST, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! Even when I cancelled and I changed to Verizon Fios they still there. VERIZON GIVES MORE FOR LESS OR THE SAME!!! RUN AWAY FROM COMCAST!!!
Yesterday, I spoke to one of Comcast's alleged representatives. I explained that my internet modem stopped working after a very bad storm. They tried to troubleshoot it on their end but it did not work. She then says they will have to send out a technician to fix it. I agree and she "claims" she set the appointment and they should arrive between 8-10 am this morning. Well 10:30 am rolls around and no one shows. I called to ask if they were going to come out and they tell me there was no appointment and that they did not have anything available today. My only question is: how the heck are they still in business?
Petition to have other cable profider than comcast
this is one of the worst company in the Nation's Capitol Comcast is the highest bill in my apt. next to my food and car insurance. I've tried so many times to change my billing amount but, all I get is empty promises. I have no other choice because there they only provider in my complex Jetu Apt. if IT WASNT for my husband and child I work tell Comcast to kiss my *** hole. It's the worst company I've come across in years there crooks liars and customer service this the worst good look to there subscribers. Stand up and show Comcast>
DISGUSTED AND FED UP WITH COMCAST!!!!!
We have had comcast for approximately 4 years and we started off using cable/internet/phone and while we hsd the bundle we were quoted 167.00 a month, however after the first 8 months these random 37.00$ charges started popping up on our bill. After hours if explaining to some *** on the phone they tell me they dont see the charge at all, how ironic right? So we of course yell until they agree to take it off. Then low and behold the next few months our bill started creeping up and up until we decided to cut off our cable and just use internet and phone thinking it would lower our bill YEAH RIGHT!!!!! At this point we still have comcast for internet and phone and as we speak our bill is currently 318.00 and our phone and internet is turned off!!!! No warning just cut off!! So PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW ON GODS GREEN EARTH FOR PHONE AND INTERNET ONLY WE ARE BEING CHARGED THIS MUCH MONEY???? I AM SO FED UP WITH THEM I WISH SOMEONE WOULD SUE THE PANTS OFF OF THEM OR REALLY STICK IT TO THEM SO THEY CAN SEE HOW THEY HAVE SCREWED SO MANY PEOPLE AND THEY ARE JUST GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!! THE ONLY REASON WE EVEN HAVE THEM IS BECAUSE WE LIVE IN AN AREA THAT DOESNT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS FOR CABLE AND SO WE ARE JUST MADE TO GET SCREWED BY THEM CONSTANTLY!! IM GOING TO CALL THE BBB ON THEM AND MY LOCAL COMMISSIONERS BECAUSE I HAVE HAD IT!!! IM NOT JUST GOING TO BE A *** DOOR MAT FOR THEM AND THRY WILL HAVE TO TAKE ME TO COURT IF THEY THINK THEY WILL EVER SEE THAT 318$ BECAUSE THEN THEY WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHY THE *** MY BILL IS THAT MUCH TO A JUDGE¡!!!!! IM SO FREAKIN DONE WITH THEM!!! I AM TELLING ANYONE WHO WILL READ THIS SAVE YOUR BREATH, TIME, EFFORT, AND MONEY AND JUST GET A CELL PHONE SO YOU HAVE CONSTANT INTERNET AND GO TO THE LIBRARY IF YOU NEED TO PRINT SOMETHING BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BIGGEST FREAKING JOKE!!!!! INTERNET
