On June 1 Comcast did an upgrade to the service and disrupted our connection to the Internet for over two hours. I appreciate the need for constant improvement and upgrading, not telling anybody about it or informing us that the interruption was scheduled prior to it happening I thought was very unprofessional.

Both my wife and my next-door neighbor work from home via the Internet.

Needless to say, an interruption in service during business hours is never ideal, but not letting us know what is about to happen and why was extremely rude.I wouldve thought that given the number of people working from home these days you wouldve been a little bit more forthcoming with planned interruption of service. Please do better next time!
