On 10/17/2021 I had a service appointment scheduled the technician never showed up but stated that he did show up. I called in to see where he was and was told I wasnt home for my appointment.

It was too late so I had to get another service date which was 2 days away. My children are home school and they had to miss school.

I asked to speak with a supervisor which restated what I was already told.

I felt unappreciated as a consumer and if I had a better option I would have select d another service.

This is home process has resulted in me having to pay for additional hotspot Wi-Fi costing over 200 so that we could function while we wait. This is unacceptable I am not sure the consumer has to suffer when it wasnt my fault.

I Am already disappointed and I havent received any service yet.

User's recommendation: Make sure you get an early appointment so if there is issue can resolve it the same day.
