I am retired and on a very tight budget. Today I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medicines and my debit card kept declining.
I called the bank and realized Comcast had deducted over $550 from my account. When I called Comcast to ask why, I was told someone would get back to me on Monday. Already I am overdrawn over $200 and there are more checks pending.Being on a fixed income I don’t know how I’ll ever get this fixed!
Comcast doesn’t care about their customers at all! All I heard were a bunch of excuses from them.I
