TV in bed room continually having picture freeze Comcast called indicated main box outdated will send new, received new box installed and could not get it to set up Comcast pinged the box a few times still not working said they would have to send tech no charge to me. service tech comes out indicated box was pinged so many time its trash said he had one in the truck installed it tvs working good.

next day get text from Comcast asking me to approve changes to my account called the and said I did not make any changes they said you have added DVR told them no I have not they indicated tech installed DVR box and it would be an additional $10.00 per month. they told me I can bring it back and they would send me another one at this point I said you can have your tech bring me the correct box and pick up the DVR BOX AT NO COST TO ME OR YOU CAN CANCEL MY SERVICE they said no problem she said the charge would show up on the bill but the debited got my bill should have been $142.00 but was $290 they charged me for 2 service calls they guarantied I would not be charged after saying approve text for service call very DECEPTIVE
