Comcast customer service is trained to lie, cheat and give false information to customers

The technical staff is under-trained. They try to solve the problems by hit and trial method. It takes several months to resolve problems linked to internet and phone services

If you tell them the fix or solutions, they hesitate to implement it. If they put it in practice, they remove it after couple of days and ruin your services. They just want your monthly bills to be paid without providing quality services.

They constantly cheat customers on billing issues. The billing contracts are frequently changed to disadvantage customers. The bills are increased without any justification.

Overall it is a company which works against customer interests.
