Today I dealt with Comcast, and nothing is really there for the consumer except higher fees, more fees, less customer service, and an overall rating of zero in my book. But in the end, I'm forced to stay with a company that has zero competition and just keeps paying off the right people, and we, the consumers, just have to take it over and over again. Something needs to be fixed, and that's not going to happen until competition is allowed.

I went in the store because I received a security camera that I didn't order in the mail. They had no clue why it happen and wasn't going to take it back, they wanted me to mail it.

I ended up getting new router, cable, and picked two phones and smart watches so she took it back.So from the time I get home to day nothing but problems, app super slow, you have to go in the app to see and streaming devices. So today I had my appointment to get phones but cancelled because of the issues. I figured it was all over. Tania calls me today and says we have appointment for phones.

I said I cancelled it. You didn't cancel, yes I did. I didn't get it. Ok well I'm not coming.

She starts fighting with me about stuff I said to customer service.

I gave her 1 Star but I didn't(She was nice when I was there) Her manager is mad because of my statement of how bad the web site is made. A billion dollar company allows their staff to call customers who pay them money for crap service to confront customers over reviews, her passive aggressive attitude was ridiculous.Stay away from Xfinity at all cost.

Extremely difficult to talk to an agent. I updated my service a day ago. And for some reason my service was shut off before I get my new box. New box will take 2/3 days to receive, till then no TV. I've spent the last 3/4 hrs trying to talk with a agent. Unfortunately Ms Susy com keeps hanging up. Comcast has the worst customer service that I ever had to deal with. Some day I hope that humans will realize that humans are more effective than a machine. I'm still pissed because I won't have TV for 2 days but you can bet I'll be billed. Have a nice day.
