I was having trouble with reception. Called customerservice to get a technical to help.

Took 30 minutes to get to a agreement to send a tecnician.. tech came and it wasa world of difference. Rick listened, rann checked and isolated the problem then fixes it. He did in 20 minutes what hours of trouble shifting on multiple occasions did not

Extremely difficult to talk to an agent. I updated my service a day ago. And for some reason my service was shut off before I get my new box. New box will take 2/3 days to receive, till then no TV. I've spent the last 3/4 hrs trying to talk with a agent. Unfortunately Ms Susy com keeps hanging up. Comcast has the worst customer service that I ever had to deal with. Some day I hope that humans will realize that humans are more effective than a machine. I'm still pissed because I won't have TV for 2 days but you can bet I'll be billed. Have a nice day.
