They were very professional and helpful to solve my problem.
I was given exact instructions and promised a text in 10 minutes to see if problem was resolved. It was.
They never fallow though on problems!
Change programs with out notice and remake the package to fit them selves! But so do any of the cable or dish services !
Hate that I had to speak to customer service p tree pole who are in the Philippines 2x and once in South Africa. They don’t understand English. They had to get permission to set up a service call. How wrong is that???
Horrible customer service not once not twice but almost everytime I cancelled service with Comcast over it after having them 25 years overcharge hang up transfers ask for suoervisor was told not available I was promised one would call me did not happen transferred me to sept Spanish only tired of over paying for low customer service my bill is never right shut me off after hours spend more time on phone with Comcast than my family in February it was 4 hours on phone hung up on so many times that is complete insanity never ever should cable or internet be that difficult I will go to at&t instead I’m a single mom work 2 jobs work hard for my money tired of Comcast charging outrageous amounts all while treating customers less than
