All, be mindful that this company has no way of supporting you unless you want to start new service. Anything beyond that you will more than likely be sent to several people and in the end not be helped.

It has been over a week saying the same things to the same people, some helpful, some clueless, some like robots. Regardless who you speak with end result is the same. No service of any kind. Also, be aware that if you have a local Comcast/Xfinity near you don't leave the building until everything is fixed because if you try to call "customer service" and provide them the same situation you told at your local store they will tell you they have absolutely no way of contacting their on Comcast/Xfinity store branches.

Really??

It's amazing with all the technology they say they are capable of providing they don't have the technological capability to call their own stores. It's too bad you can't give less than a star rating on here.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
