Daily issues with new modem required by Comcast.Have to repeatedly go through troubleshooting with technical support.
After about an hour or more of troubleshooting daily, the cable will reset and function for 10 minutes. They refuse to send out a technician to fix the problem because the cable works when you hang up the phone. Tried to charge a $60-65 fee to have a technician replace the faulty equipment that they acknowledged was faulty. I would avoid this company at any cost.
Their customer service is non-existent.Not enough time to mention all of the terrible examples of customer abuse this company is responsible for inflicting.
