I was questioning your service dept about a call I received regarding a50%discount for two years if I paid 450.00 up front, it turned out to be a scam and your service representative handled accordingly.

The issue was resolved and it was handle the same day, I wasn't the pissed costumer like it was said, I don't know who put that on there that I was a *** customer the issue was resolved Olga Diaz has a heart condition which required the phone being turned on in case of emergency thank you so much for your time.

Lost picture and sound. A chat session did not resolve the problem. When I finally found a number, the rep was totally helpful and took me through a number of steps and reset the system, resolving the problem. He was terrific!

Comcast is a great company

Comcast has many great services. I use many, telephone, internet, TV and security. I hope to add cell phone soon. It's a one stop shop. When it's time to upgrade, they send an upgrade @ no charge. I hope they add real technical support person to help solve problems when their online help doesn't work. They don't have suggestions that solve every problem. My service totals seem pricey but the alternative is unknown to me.
