Comcast is still offering my 60mbps internet and phone bundle to new customers in my area for 49.99. 13 months ago that is what I was paying due to documented medical hardships with both of my children. After countless phone calls, a BBB complaint and an FCC complaint, I am now paying a "discounted" price of $89.99. I offered to pay 64.99 for the package, and they refused. I ran it up the flag pole in corporate as far as I can. Just because I'm not a new customer and in a more financially stable position than I was 2 years ago does not mean I should get raped with an 80% increase. Comcast, that's just not right! Why can't this company be normal like other companies and raise the price 2% every year instead of trying to be so greedy!

On the morning of Tuesday, September 24, 2019, I went to log into my weezersk@comcast.net email account and was greeted with the following error message: "Error We're sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment." I talked to two or three support technicians at Comcast, and none of them could help me. Day 2 (Wednesday, 9/25): Problem continued; chatted with three Comcast support techs, was given two ticked IDs: SI036586833 and CR869592236. Day 6 (Sunday, 9/29): I continue to get the aforementioned error. I filed a complaint with the FCC and FTC Saturday, 9/28, and have just finished posting my complaint on RipoffReport.com. I am now going into my second week with no access to my email.

File a Public utilities commission complaint file a BBB complaint file adjuster’s complaint with your state. And just maybe your state will take action against Comcast to protect you like Washington state Minnesota and Michigan has done for their consumers. Good luck

I agree with all the 1 star comments. Comcast / Xfinity no longer cares for their long term customers. I have been on hold, transferred, and hung up on repeatedly. I pay less for trash, water, sewer, gas, and electric combined than for TV and Internet. The only reason they keep customers is because we don't like to change service but after todays customer service, I will be changing. If more customers do not cancel, they will never change.

Comcast - ACCN NETWORK

Comcast has had since August 2019 to PAY and SIGN a contract with the ACCN Network. BOD's and Executives need to WAKE UP to avoid losing existing paying customers. College Football in the South is like the American Flag in the U.S. It's a NO BRAINER - Make it Happen Folks!!!
