Comcast is not committed to customer services appointments

Having problems with my DVR not showing program in its entirety. On April 30, 2021 spoke with the advance tech department in which a recommendation was made to replace the DVR and an appointment was scheduled for May 1, 2021 between 8-10am in which there was a no show. Reschedule appointment again for May 2, 2021 between 5-7pm again a no show and no communication from Comcast that the appointment was postponed and rescheduled for another day.

User's recommendation: Comcast is not trustworthy and are not committed to their customer.

I have camplin from customer service

I try to explain the payment the charge me extra but they said we did next time seam problem there not solve my problem

Worst customer service they picked up a call after 20 minutes and as she picked up the phone she started introducing herself and as I was going to say hello she started saying I cannot hear you please call back

Dissatisfaction

I had a total NIGHTMARE experience with Comcast customer service, and I was trying to ADD services. I was lied to numerous times and trying to speak to a live person is nearly impossible. I am 75 and don't need the aggravation.

User's recommendation: If you MUST speak to CS, take anti-anxiety medication first.

Comcast/xfinity has gotten from bad to WORST! I called comcast the other day to complain about an increase on my billing (Netflix premium upgrade which I did not make). Called their customer service who was extremely polite (as expected) and suggested to lower my bill....

We have a problem with former renters who would take over service change ll password. Very unpleasant. This tech seemed to know how to resolve problems. He also knew the breed of cat and age which I found strange not evident. My one request was to change the password at which time he went outside for about 30 minutes. When he came back I handed him a note with new password asking him to not speak password.Given ten in writing.. hi speak it alos be

Complaint

Had Comcast 20 years, at all my addresses. Was promised I could have Comcast at new location in Atlanta from Downers Grove Illinois. Technicians came out to GA address twice and said I had to wait, said Comcast not ready yet at my new construction address. Because of the awaited transfer they cancelled the Illinois account just 5 days before end of the contract period. This generated a early cancellation of $160 fee and soon after a $35 late fee because they could not hook up Comcast in GA. Unfair! Will never recommend Comcast!!again!

Comcast arrived at my residential, they claimed they need to dig up some wires that needed to be worked on. And after some hours, they just left, and when I went outside my house, this is what was left, they didnt even bother cleaning after them self, and not filling up the holes, they destroyed my yard. I am not a happy customer.

Tv not working preparing channel lineup

TV quit working with notice "preparing channel lineup". Wasted a couple of hours on phone with Comcast trying to figure out what was wrong. Finally sent technician who tested cable into TV, said it was good and replaced the xfinity box. Some comments suggests old box out of date and don't think we were informed of it.

User's recommendation: if after one try to test you machine - try to get them to send a technician to replace equipment.

Follow-Up to original complaint.

Comcast Tech showed up when he was supposed to and walked me through the entire internet debacle I have recently found myself facing. Long story short, it appears my 6 month old Dell laptop came with a 100 Mb network card when industry norm is 1 Gigabit in today's market.

Terrible customer service.

First of all comcast I'm not authorized on the account . I pay the monthly bill. My debit card was hacked . I called to explain and offered my new card number without any results . My call is forwarded to the Philippines with non speaking agents . Worst company ever .
