Comcast - Bad tech. Cable poe service with compan

5 days now no x.1 tv no internet from comcast ! thursday tech checked inside cable its good ! repaced cable modem. Outside tocomcat amplify on pole shows noise on outside trunk cable! No outside cable tech!!! Been told by 2 techs hes coming !! text supervisor in Philippines dont even know my probems here or see notes! No one communicates in comcastor talks to sub contractors!! Disorganization on repairs and don't care! Take my money and ignore my none repair no services for 5 days! Why are monopoly internet providers like comcast? Un accountable! For bad service and immunity fromstate fed regulations?? Bs

Comcast - Worst company ever

Comcast (which has been changing its name to Xfinity to escape the stench of its terrible reputation) has charged me $270 "early termination fee" for having the audacity to move to an area that does not offer Comcast's services. This is how they treat customers that stayed with them 13 years. Avoid them if at all possible!!

Comcast - UNREAL, even customer service can't believe corp. can't do the job

Tech's are scheduled, never show, even when they are running late they don't show. Corp. customer service passes the buck and asks you to let them know if nothing happens. Even they try to hide and ignore customers hoping the problems wear their customers down enough to just cancel. Been given the run around for a month and still no service, yes the bill is paid and still no internet or cable. Just stopped working and new cable needs to be run.... They have reached the point, where it's easier to hide from the problems and hope we cancel/give up...NEVER GIVE UP!
