Have no service because wire broken at pole. Customer service says outage in area.
My neighbors have internet but I do not because cable broken on pole. Automated customer service no help
Trouble shooting
If you would consolidate my residential and business it would save hours on the phone with a customer service trying to figure out what problem goes where. None of it makes sense except for you to charge me more. If I knew of another server I would make the switch.
No internet in bathroom
I was unable to speak to an agent and was on the phone for an extended period of time. We ended up re working the wires etc. very frustrating and this shows poor customer service.

This is the very worst customer service ever
worst service ever!! almost impossible to speak to a live agent!!! They transferred me back and forth at least 6 times to handle a billing inquiry

Tv service out for 1 week now
Our internet and 3 of 5 tv's work. We can never speak to an actual person, so the robot tells us we have an outage and then says goodbye.
We've tried for 8 days. I pay 350/mo

I tried to contact customer service but got nothing but automated responses and no human interaction before being cut off.
No service
This is the worse service I have ever seen. The monthly bill should be adjusted after having no internet or wi-fi service for over a week.
This is entirely unacceptable.
Frontier and other providers are available and providing service now! Why cant infinity get problem repaired.
Ill be looking for another provider today!
Thanks for nothing from a 35 year customer.

Help should be easy to get
I've called three times for the same problem and got three different answers to fix the problem, none of which worked. I HATE talking to a machine where I describe the problem and keep getting sent back to main menu. Please make help available more easily.
No live customer service in US. Multiple service areas. Difficult to reach live service.
Last fall at my AZ house it took 6 days to get my TV service restored. It took 4 days to get a live online response to my problem.
I recently got expert help at the Comcast store for another issue with my 2 accounts in AZ and MA which were confused as to crossed user IDs/cell numbers.
They agent recommended never called Xfinity online customer service. Drive back to the store instead.
So, Comcast/Xfinity is clearly not committed to improving their online service.
Comcast mobile onsite technician also concurred. My real rating for Comcast online service is minus 10.

My cable box caught fire on my house
Power people turned power on after storms and the cable wire caught fire on the side of my house. Your outside box caught fire

It took 6 hrs to get a person to talk with. We did lower the inflated cost, but when I received the product it didn't work out.
So i called back again no luck. A tech called me I couldn't talk he said he'd call back this is day three .
I gave up return all equipment. Suddenly I feel free no more *** Sorry for your loss

They are stealing money from my bank account fraudulently
They opened an account against my wishes and have used their auto pay to get money from my bank, then moved the service to another of my comcast accounts and used that account's auto pay to take more money, then added the fraudulent service to the other account to again take money from my bank, again using that account's auto pay -and now I cannot access my original comcast account to turn off that auto pay. (they closed the new acct when they tx'd the new account to my original acct) They got my bank to bypass my stop payment. In their customer forums, they have done this to many customers for years with no client resolution.
User's recommendation: do not give your bank information to comcast - they will take money out of it without your permission - check their customer forums first

I contacted the representative and he was not helpful! He actually hung up on me while I was explaining why I did not want the TV box, which was from Direct TV, sent.
He said it was better and that there was nothing he could do, then hung up on me. This is poor customer service and he is a bad representative for your company.

I'm about ready to send Comcast a bill for my time spent trying to speak to a human who might help resolve a billing issue. They seem to charge whatever strikes their fancy each month without regard to any contractual terms and conditions. Why is this ESSENTIAL service not regulated like other "utilities"?
