I got approved for internet essential but I never received any equipment but they keep telling me I have a bill that's seven hundred and something dollars how is that and my bill was 200 and something dollars no 700 something could you explain it to me I never could get through nobody

Comcast - Terrible internet connectivity in southern Indianapolis

Connectivity is continually lost and reset. I believe the problem may be with some junction box between where the signal originates and our house. We spoke to customer service rep., "Rose" in the Philippines, and finally we were transferred to Brandon. Thinking of going to ATT this Fall. Not sure that will be better.

Comcast - Phone not working yet after 4hours in the office.

In tired. We sat in the office for over 4hours and I'm about to send this phone back. We waited tech support could not even fix it. The old or new phone works.

If this is how they resolve an issue with a new customer I want to go back to Verizon. Over 15 bucks they are going to lose one. Shame on you xfinity. They charged me 60 for data overage on my bill. After my first day of service we received an email we were over our data.IMPOSSIBLE! We only had one line connected. They do not empower their CSA to make decisions and waste the consumers time with on hold. Shame shame on you.

It Absolutely Sucked ! I tried 5 times and was unsuccessful in SPEAKING TO A REAL PERSON ! I needed help beyond that stupid automated lady who talks too much !!!
