OPEN TICKET SINCE 6/24/19 049338395 AT LEAST TEN WIRES HANGING DID RIGHT THING CALLING THEM NOT A CUSTOMER THANK GOD !!! ALSO 527 IVY AVE PBG MAIN CABLE LINE HANGING OFF SPOOL SINCE HURRICANE IRMA THAT WAS 2017 I REPORTED IT NOTHING DONE WHAT A BUNCH OF LAZY UNORGANIZED PEOPLE THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT !!! THATS WHY I HAVE DIRECT TV I RATHER LOSE SIGNAL FOR A FEW MINUTES DURING STORMS THEN HAVE CABLE !!!

HAVE HAD OPEN TICKET SINCE 6/24/19 #049338395 AT LEAST TEN WIRES HANGING MOST NOT CONNECTED NOT A CUSTOMER BUT DID RIGHT THING REPORTING ALSO REPORTED AGAIN 527 IVY AVE THAT MAIN WIRE STILL HANGING SINCE HURRICANE IRMA CAME BY THAT WAS IN 2017 WHAT A JOKE THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES !!! We've had several problems with Comcast and more as of the last couple of weeks. Wi-fi goes out, cable goes out and now we went to watch the show Jett and couldn't because Comcast decided to cancel Cinemax all together without telling their customers! It's ridiculous!!

Cable has not work correctly for over a year it is not had four or five days of good service you cannot get in touch with a human I'm fresh out of the hospital and I can't get out I don't even know where to find the human they're so mean on the phone when you do get someone I have to call about every other day I hate this company I would love to get together a class action suit against them I see they pissed off a lot of people
