Not able to watch Chanel’s I pay for!

You never let my call go through! I pay over $300 a month for service and have to be frustrated when we try to use some Chanels we pay for. Then cant even get a call through to you. Im definitely looking at my options to replace the service you provide. Tv phone and internet ! Unbelievable how you dont even allow calls to go through!

Can’t reach agent so frustrating I now have to get into my car drive to store to fix all my information on my acct which they’ve managed to screw up

Since I get paperless statements and need a bill sent to my address to renew the license, they have nothing of my information correct! Have been on the phone with a computer yelling my head off when I realized I'm the idiot. Just need to cancel all my acct with them and go to Verizon.

Need new wifi equipment

had new equipment installed at Jiffy Lube #2172 and now our internet to our inspection machine doesn't work. Would love for the tech or another one to come out and correct the matter. Please and thank you.

Service not working

No service for 5 days had appt today for 1 to 3 PM technician no show no call. I spent 30 min on the phone with someone from another country wanting to troubleshoot my system. My incoming wires and junction box was torn away from my house. The idiot I talked to could not get that through his head. I want my system removed if this is your idea of C S.

Two weeks without internet. 4 scheduled appt with technician no one arrived. Talked with 5 agents. Unacceptable. No resolution

2 weeks without Internet. Spoke with SEVERAL agents all over Central and South America. Made appointments technician didnt show up.
