Be careful of Contract!!! Comcast/Xfinity don't honor them!!!!

I received a response from Drena from Comcast. According to her, Comcast raised my contract by $7 because they increase the modem fee from $13 to $14; sports fee and other fees. This is totally unacceptable. I have a contract for 2 years which I should be protected even if there are increase in fees. If I cancel, Comcast will charge me $230. Are you, the NJ Board of Public Utilities giving Comcast/Xfinity the Ok to overcharge customers and break their contract? Ticket # ESL03683571 Drena v. I wanted to pay Apple bill but things didnt go as I wanted to!!! As I enter the gift card number for payment which I found out later never got there!!! I still owe on my Apple bill!!! As I said before and many it was not the equipment, if you have one Comcast cable line it would be easy to *** into for all sorts of information to obtain!!! Just like this one!!!! I getting tried of getting hacked into and losing!!!!

I bought a gift card to pay my Apple account except something happen!!!! I just found out today the payment never got to its destination!!! I still owe the bill on my account and soon will be closed!!! No more account no activity of any kind!!! With that happening why would I need the internet service!!!!! I said before I had hackers on my internet and still no one listens or and no actions taken to guard my account!!!! When will you all do something about this situation or it just might be COMCAST next!!!!!!

I came across this interesting information on strange devices hackers could use. Easy to purchase easy to connected to Xfinity cable and run all that you have on the internet plus reads and writes on your email!! Go to Best Buy and buy a multi purpose router either wire or wireless!!!! Now why would I tell everyone about my password which was change so many times plus I look at the network and found all these connections!!! Question is would you like have this every day!!!

This is the absolute worst corporation in regards to customer service that I have ever experienced or heard of! | Comcast review

I have had the misfortune to be a customer of Comcast for almost 11 years. I cannot make an antenna work where I live or I would have cancelled years ago. This corporation continues to take away channels that we are paying for!! I have lost at least 10 good channels in the past two years but my rates went UP! They cheat on everything and have almost no ability to get anything straight. They are dishonest, practicing fraud and lying to people every time we call. I have heard this from numerious people over the years, and believe they should be investigated by the FCC. Sally Wortman
