Impossible to get customer service over phone and on computer

I have a technical problem, but cannot sign in on the computer. I tried calling but it didn't work. Your customer service is awful. My TV picture shakes and loses color.

Sign up with the lifeline benefit

I could never talk to a real person ,no matter what number I called.Being approved for the lifeline benefit it was futile trying to get Comcast to apply it!.

They hardly ever answer, they charge for x and we get not even half of that when it’s working, internet is always going out, and it’s been a problem with our who neighborhood. We are all sick of it.

Internet not working it's going in and out, slow when it is working and it should be running at a much higher rate.

User's recommendation: Don’t get Comcast if you have another option. Sadly they have a monopoly out here.

Data usage question

I have been trying forever to get a human to talk to!!!!!! This auto system has got to be the very worst set up ever! I want to talk to a human!!! It has taken me everywhere but what I wanted, I said customer agent, it kept saying it wanted more info. I am seething!!! I need this issue resolved now. Something is eating up our data and this I'd ridiculous. We are only 1/2 way through the month and almost over. It's 2 of us and I'm 62, I don't do that much. We read it could be the flex box. It is suppose to sleep when you turn it to that but it must not be. I wanted to tell some HUMAN this. Even the chat bot or whatever on the website is beyond stupid!

My TV remotes all stopped working. Chris got them working. They are pricee and costs go up every year. But what does'nt.

Overseas call center ugh

Called the XFINITY customer service number (800 XFINITY) and got connected to a service center in Jamaica. Now I get these people are just working a job, and Xfinity is willing to outsource because they are cheap and greedy. Not faulting the people working there. Clearly these people are trained to say the same tired phrases over and over again, and try and explain away a $35 dollar increase on tax increases and also frustrate you into not waiting on the phone any longer. It's sad that a company with so much money tries to squeeze it's existing customers with BS increases. They are banking on you not wanting to change services, as that's a pain in the butt. Xfinity better wake up, cord cutters are going to cut them out if they keep this garbage up.

User's recommendation: Tough it out, they will eventually get you back to your old rate but you have to hang in there.

THEY CAME OUT TO FIX IT AND WHEN THEY LEFT IT WENT BACK TO THE SAME PROBLEM I DON'T GET ANYTHING ON THE CAMERA I WOULD LIKE THEM EITHER FIX IT OR REMOVE IT

In Wilmington MA, the service and prices are out of date and too high.

We dropped our land line and cable. The bill went down less than $25.00 a month for the slowest internet service around. I am done paying top dollar for horrible service! Already switched and saved $50.00 a month for higher speed.

They overcharge for minimal service after the 2 year initiation.

We had been loyal customers for many years. We dropped our land line and cable service to save on services we no longer used. The monthly charges changed in a minimal amount, and increased significantly with low internet speeds. I am done with Comcast!

User's recommendation: Do not get started. It’s lovely in the beginning, but once the abusiveness starts, it never ends.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE JAN 2022

We have been without cable TV for 3 days, and on calls with reps that cannot even schedule a service rep to come to our home due to an error message that they cannot seem to fix! We went to their store ourselves to get the new cable box and install it, and that did not work and now back online still trying to get a service rep to install properly. We have been excellent customers for over 4 years and this is the worst service!

Reduce internet speed/ cut plan

When I started with Comcast it was less 200 per month. Now Im close to 400 per month. Granted I added internet. The channels package changed dramatically. I get less for more and now theres competing streaming service. Im thinking of cutting the cord. Before I do Im weighing alternatives to reduce the bill. Id like to speak to a live person.

No internet

I have had so much trouble with my cable I have made an appointment with Dish. In this day and age where we are restricted to the home watching television or the news is all we have and to constantly have issues with Comcast is frustrating. We pay over $300.00 per month for terrible service. Time to cancel and move on. In the past 4 months we have had 4 technicians come out all with different opinions of what is wrong to leave and within a week here I sm again no cable. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE serviceind other f
