New ReviewerNeed phone to get fix. In 4 days i' ve been on the phone and chats for about 8 hrs.
One person remove things the next one remove something else. They remove voice 2 go. They remove xfinity connect app from my cell. That guy was nasty , screaming at me.
I ended up screaming back and i hanged up. He got 'pissed 'at me because the advance team called me yesterday and didnt answer. Sorry that i had to take a shower. I called back and back again but after 1 hrs being on hold had to.go to work.
This afternoon they hanged up on me.no call back. So i called and explained everything and he puts me on hold for a while and then said 'well its 5 pm nobody is there anymore so i hanged up. And around noon time was with a lady for over 1 hrs and she said i need to go on lunch.i will call you this afternoon.
It was 3 pm when she call back. I have enough
I want a tech to come here and fix my home phone so i get all the calls and that he fix the call forwarded.
User's recommendation: If you have a problem with phone ,cable .forget it.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Comcast Cons: Worst customer service, Inability to help.
