Supposed to be getting an "Upgraded" package @ 100mb/download, and I can barely get 25-39mb on a good day!! Cannot believe I have been a customer for more than 2 years!

I use a smart tv, and it has trouble streaming 480p content! They send multiple (different) techs out, and every one of them is SURE they got the issue fixed and tell me to wait 24hrs for changes to take effect..

Never gets any better! Anyways, started out with a triple play package, (went w/o on demand capabilities for the 1st 6 months) and then after nearly 2 years of lag issues, phone calls being missed and poor phone service, all the way up to getting my bill slowly raised, even after going through all this!

Product or Service Mentioned: Comcast Internet Service.

Reason of review: Not as described.

I liked: Voice remote.

I didn't like: Not as advertised internet speeds.

Here we go again w an issue: Internet not connecting to TV Been on phone over 30 minutes On Demand has not worked in 2 months I pay $200 a month to XFinity
