Comcast - Customer Service
I have called for 2 days trying to get new business internet service and have continually been hung up on/disconnected. YOU CAN NOT SPEAK TO A PERSON. Unfortunately I can only get comcast at this location. How is this company still in business?!

Comcast - You only make things worse for the customer, and never listen to remedy you incompetence, beware upcoming competition like Ting because you will end up scratching your heads wondering what went wrong
There is no use speaking to you about anything because you will not do anything to make your site customer friendly. You set up this phony review but you won't do anything to make our experience good. It seems that your tech guys only want to make things worse in every way. It's really a shame because your product has the potential to be really great. You spend a fortune on tv commercials to hook people, and for most people you are the only option, but you obviously don't listen to any suggestions or else something would happen to fix your mess.
