Whenever I turn on the TV - it seems as though the cable always seems not work. I get the error code "RDK-03032" and I am unable to change the channel until the cable returns. When I call Comcast customer service - they go through all sorts of questions and go to reset the box. Why does the box need to be reset (what seems to be weekly?) The C.S. rep says "well, maybe the daily update didn't take" That doesn't make sense now, does it?

All were well spoken and polite, 2 from Texas, one from NY (all women) in 1 hour 30 minutes of my day nothing re my TV Cable service could be resolved.
