Today's experience with Comcast.. The online list of places to contact was too much - I tried several and got nowhere - just more numbers to click. So I tried calling our local store and go more com

Never got to talk with a person; I think my situation was unique because it didn't come up on any list. Also, there was no opportunity to "stay on the phone and someone will be with you" as there has been in the past and with other companies. You know, I pay more for my Comcast/Xfinity service than all my other utilities combined. Cannot recommend this service. I think it's time to look for another way to watch TV.

My cable went out call service a repair man came out . He replaced my box, but said my line needs replacement also. Made appointment service never came ! Made another appointment , service man never got out his truck ! Still no cable ! Dropping comcast service is a great disappointment !

The Super Bowl was broadcastehd in Spanish. Comcast had to know about this. They should of sent a message across the TV screen on how to correct this. Needless to say, I'm not a happy customer

Comcast - This is the absolute worst corporation in regards to customer service that I have ever experienced or heard of!

I have had the misfortune to be a customer of Comcast for almost 11 years. I cannot make an antenna work where I live or I would have cancelled years ago. This corporation continues to take away channels that we are paying for!! I have lost at least 10 good channels in the past two years but my rates went UP! They cheat on everything and have almost no ability to get anything straight. They are dishonest, practicing fraud and lying to people every time we call. I have heard this from numerious people over the years, and believe they should be investigated by the FCC. Sally Wortman

why did you take away cinnamax and then want me to pay to get back, every so often my tv start speaking in Spanish and I call and go through the same thing. when you call the voice on the phone need to get some gone it is so hard to talk to a real person and at times it will hang up if it a problem in the area.

I have listed two things on here regarding my issues with Comcast. It appears that they have been removed only because I haven’t called again recently. I quote the words recently. Therefore I am listing or taking photos of all of the calls that I made to them going back to September 2018 to prove I have called I don’t wanna call again I want this fixed I want to have a credit for the balance you show owing and no more bills no more calls ended. If this affects The Xfinity Mobile which it appears you’re already trying to change the settings again on my phone without my permission that will have to be addressed again as well.

Comcast - Xfinity Streaming

I have a Dish account at our home in the mountains and downloaded the DishAnywhere application on an Amazon FireStick that allows me to stream TV while I'm traveling with my wife. Works great and there is no "In Home" network requirement. I have Xfinity TV at our condo in another city and download the Xfinity Stream application to the FireStick. I can watch recording shows outside of our home network but can't watch live TV. I pay a significant amount each month for the Xfinity service and when my wife and I travel (often for a few months at a time) why can't I take the service with me. Watching on my iPad or iPhone works but would prefer watching on a full size TV. When will Comcast work out a deal with Amazon?

It used to be we could go to close Crampcast offices in person if we had issues with billing or equipment .(I HATE trying to understand non-ENGLISH speaking babble bots) Now we are to drive over 20 miles to get to the closest one. This corporatio needs BUSTED .I have paying so much for services I hardly use .. I e mailed comcast about cable issues. The lengthy e mail response included a sentence that read "SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR MOTHERS PASSING". What the *** My Mother is 86 and alive. I missed most of the Masters & a portion of the nascar race (I have a fantasy team). My phone service hasn't worked for years & they won't send anyone to check it out. I hate being stuck with Comcast, but competition is coming soon.

As you can see I just purchased this movie with movie title and the time frame this happened pluse picture and with video as evidence of my problem. I called in to have problems resolved, but as you can see and hear this did not work. I brought this movie for full run not this problem nor service. Now either fix this movie or refund my full fee. I not in the mood over this situation to hear excuses!! Fix this so it does not happen to me or anyone else!! I did not send it to my location due to excuses and not finding what the problem is nor having to wait for additional phone calls telling me otherwise.

Comcast - Tired of their equipment failing and time spent having to take it in for replacement

I've had to replace several remotes and at least 3 DVR boxes because they started malfunctioning. Each time you have to take a DVR or Modem back it is usually a half hour wait to get to talk to someone. The last time I complained on having to bring back a DVR because of freezing and having to keep rebooting it I asked for some comp as I was spending my time to keep coming back and them not doing anything to fix the problem. They wouldn't comp me but did get a tech out there to check out where the problem might be. He checked out wiring, replaced cable end connectors, and other possible reasons. But it didn't change anything for long. I started keeping a log or each time the screen froze, the screen was all a purple hue, you got sound but a black screen, sound but a frozen screen when trying to use the voice remote and it was even worse. I'm ready to go to Dish and dump these turkeys. The only thing they know how to do is sell you stuff but not if they work or not. Wtf
