.. Called back numerous times, hung up on everytime.!!!! I have a channel in my package BUT I DON'T GET IT. .. WHY NOT... This was not the beginning of this... Every since we went with Comcast has been BUT problems... I had comcast in January 2015..i called them to cancel service on this day..they shut of tv.that same day. I asked for a supervisor never got 1 then I was told they dont send boxs So i drove out of way to ups.to send stuff back people there said u will wish u never had them

After several service calls where techs just re-enacted what the other did, we still are sitting here watching an error code (the usual S0a00) on our great 55" digital do-everything TV. Several times they have reset something over the phone and it works for a few hours to days, then returns. I called Comcast tech support and was informed that they were having a large volume of callers and would call me back in 16-25 minutes.
