Comcast - They closed all nearby offices

It used to be we could go to close Crampcast offices in person if we had issues with billing or equipment .(I HATE trying to understand non-ENGLISH speaking babble bots) Now we are to drive over 20 miles to get to the closest one. This corporatio needs BUSTED .I have paying so much for services I hardly use .. I hope the go the way of PANAM soon.Hope my tv dies soon, cant afford new one , then I can cancel cable w/o family whine . And NO they wont resolve the issues. They do CHEAP , nothing else matters

Comcast - My Mother

I e mailed comcast about cable issues. The lengthy e mail response included a sentence that read "SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR MOTHERS PASSING". What the *** My Mother is 86 and alive. I missed most of the Masters & a portion of the nascar race (I have a fantasy team). My phone service hasn't worked for years & they won't send anyone to check it out. I hate being stuck with Comcast, but competition is coming soon.

I made a partial payment on my account & spoke to a representative to inform them I would pay the remaining balance the following week & was told my services would not be disconnected & came home that night after work & my services were suspended!! The agent I spoke with obviously lied or didn’t know how to do her job! I will never recommend Comcast / Xfinity to anyone!!!
