I had set aside a weekend to watch Formula One Racing. I had setup my DVR to record practice, qualification, and the Race. The practice and qualification programs were recorded correctly. Sunday morning I checked for the race recording. It was nowhere to be found. I checked the Comcast channel listings and found that the race was not listed on any of my channels. I called Comcast "customer support". They had no idea why the Formula One race was not being broadcast. I started flipping through the channels and found that the race was being broadcast by Comcast, but under the wrong name. Comcast is a completely incompetent organization. Their customer support staff is incredibly poorly trained. Their channel listings are frequently wrong. Its hard to believe that this company can stay in business.

Called tonight to lower my bill. I have been a Comcast customer since before 2002. I have medical issues have had to take a leave of absence from work. I am not getting paid. All I can do is watch TV and get on internet. No money coming in till my disability is paid. My friend is helping me for now. First of all when I told her my issues she wanted to upgrade my service. Then I ask her about the Comcast blast. Ask her twice would it have lifetime channel 119 and the ID channel 111. She assured me it would. Told her I did not want HBO or. Any movie channels. I do not have channel 119 or channel 111. I have HBO which I do not want. Why would someone lie to a sick person who has been a customer for so long. I have never had any other cable company even before 2002. Just under ex husband name instead of mine. I do not think that was very good customer service for someone to lie to a sick person who all they have is TV and Internet to watch in bed. I will be on the phone with them early in the morning This issue will be resolved or I am cancelling. She told me internet would not change. Guess next I will find out that their is a limit on data. Very unhappy with Comcast

Comcast - Tv Package Review

I had somcast and was very happy until I moved to TN. I did not change my service and I even received letters from them telling me what a wonderful customer I was and that I always paid on time. I then received a crazy bill over $200, and asked what's going on and they told me it's the 3rd box I had added. I told them I didn't order a 3rd line, they sent 2 technisions out and saw I didn't have a 3rd box. I was told to pay the bill and they would fix it. They also said I added a sports package and have been watching fights at $49 per showing and was renting ***. I told them that's not true and they said it was watched in my bedroom on the 2nd floor and gave me the box number I was watching it from. I told them your tech's came out 2 times and I don't have that box, and I asked if someone could have hacked my account. They said no. After receiving a bill for over $600 I called and told them to *** it off and they said they were anyway because I wasn't paying my bill. I showed them my receipts and they cut it off. I returned the 2 boxed and they asked for the 3rd. I told them I never had a 3rd box. The rep said yes you do and it shows your watching *** right now. I said you shut my service off so how it that possible and you have the equipment and copies of what was brought to my home with my signature. I said 1 of your employees must have the box. They are now on my credit report and it says I owe over $1,300. I got Direct TV and everything was going ok. I had to pay $338 before they would let me have service. It started all over again and they added another line and ATT uverse. According to their tech in Manilla, ATT and Direct TV merged and there will be 1 bill. I told them I only have Direct TV and nothing else. I have bills from Direct TV and another from ATT Uverse. They cut my service off and I returned the equipment. I received several calls from bill collectors and was told I was still watching TV as we spoke. I said I gave the equipment back and you shut off the service. The person (Johnny sounded female) hung up. ATT is harassing me as well. Please fix this.

My internet/cable TV promotion package ended December 2, 2016. I called to drop a premium channel and the nightmare began! I have had several different packages since then. The first package I received cancelled my premium channel without my okay. The customer service rep also gave me a 24 month contract. I discovered this when I called to complain about the missing channels. My second package included the premium channels but I learned later that the digital preferred channels were excluded from the package. Once again, my package was changed, no contract involved, and a service call was placed because the customer service rep did not see that digital preferred was removed from the current package. I gave up and asked them to cut off my service. I am currently scheduled to have Wide Open West provide my internet and cable TV service.

Comcast - Deceptive Billing Practices and altering accounts

I am continually having a problem with someone going into my account and making unauthorized changes then getting billed for the changes. I contact the customer service and they give me all kinds of excuses then promise things like free HBO for life and reductions in my bill for my trouble and then next month it is all screwed up again and there is no record of what the previous representative promised. I try to get resolutions and am constantly being lied to and given false promises and then no one is ever accountable. My bill has gone from a two year package of $89.00 a month to $133.00 a month. I am offered free services and then the following month I am charges for the Services that were supposed to be given to me for free. I had an original contract that included free HBO for the length of the contract and then after three months I was charged for the HBO.. I have it in writing and when I went to the office that person no longer works there and the contract is not honored. The most recent problem is with the Web page and the TV listings which no longer exists because some *** thinks that It should only be for watching on a computer...I no longer can set preferences, choose my favorites or acces My Channels. I can no longer change the tv with my laptop and when I go to the listings page it freezes my browser and takes forever to load the listings. I click on the tv icon and it brings up Live tv that only allows viewing from my laptop. the watch on tv option is no longer available. The person Responsible for screwing up the web page should be fired and sent to collect used diapers somewhere because he or she has not improved the experience in any way...JUST SCREWED IT UP! It is clear that Comcast has no interest in giving their customers a user friendly experience and I will eat my shorts if anyone responds to this complaint with any meaningful response....COMCAST....YOU PEOPLE SUCK!

I have had problems w/comcast everytime they sign me to a new plan. The latest, I needed to upgrade my cable box. While I talking with the person, I told her I did not want the DVR box but when the installer was done he started to explain how work the DVR, I said stop, I did not want the DVR. He was surprised and needed to make a call, after the call he said it was ok, it would not change my bill. THE PLAN: $149.95+tax=about $164.00. My bill this month $189.13, this included a$10 charge for a modem that in the 10yrs plus I have been with them, I've never had to pay. Now they have me by the balls on a 2yrs contract. Comcast makes used car salesman look like Boy Scout compared to them. They shut down by the Attorney General

Channels subscription changed without approval or any notice......Says I need a subscription to watch. I been with CC for more then 20 years. I was provided with comp cable, becasue I'm property manager, so when ever CC marketing Rep. wanted to do promo's at apartement complex I manage, I alway provided them with full access. Comcast cable tv is our perferred provider for all the units. During this time, I kept my channel lineup the same, once in a while I added internet service and then dropped it. I always paid my bill on time, most of the time ahead of time. So, last night I go to watch Bein network, I got a message on tv, it's not included in my subcriptin plan, so I thought maybe cable box needs to be reset, so I unplugged power and then plugged it back in, tried again, but same problem. Then I went channel by channel to see which channels I'm missing, then I find out all the premium, and sports channel are gone. Then I call, CC, I spoke to Dona, rep ID 96T, she kept indicating that company I work for (company that own apt complex) have stopped pay the part of bill, which was crazy since I have to approve or disapprove every invoice or bills, and becasue I pay for cable and I have all the paid bills copy. Then Mr. Dona, says, some one from my company had called and changed the channel line up, now it's important to point out, only my self and my wife are auth to make any changes to our account. So I ask her, Can I plz speak with your supervisor, she says, why,if it's about my channel lineup, she has answered all the questions, I'm like but you haven't, I want to know who changed my channel line up? She kept says, it's myself or my wife, who called and changed the channel line then I asked her, CAN I PLZ SPEAK WITH YOUR SUPERVISIOR, so then she just transfers me to bulk account rep, becasue Ms. Dona had said, she cannot do any thing since my account was a bulk account, so when bulk account rep reviewed my account, she said, she cannot do anything because it's not a bulk account, so she transferred me back to res accout rep, then Ms.Brittney, ID16675, reviewed my account after I repeated the entire story, said, my account is a bulk account, she will put on hold so she can follow up with bulk account supervisor, after 45mins, she told me that my account is a courtesy & bulk account, bulk accounts supervisor will be able to help but nothing more can done at the moment becasue it was 11pm Friday night, I would need to have the bulk account supervior help me, supervisor will call on on 6/25/16, still she was unable to answer, the question which is why my account was changed WITH OUT MY APPROVL OR ANY NOTIFICATION TO ME. So, I asked the last rep so do you have a case number or ticket number, in casue bulk account supervisor dosen't call, I have to call, I would need something so the rep can review notes on my acccount so he or she know what is going on, so I won't have to go over the entire story again, she said, no, there no ticket or case number she can give, only thing she will do is have bulk account supervisor call me, So I ask her, well why cannot the bulk account supervisor fix the issue now, since you reivewed my account with her, rep said, well we are about to close for the night, so supervisor will call me tomorrow... I seems like very 6months CC changes something, then after spend count less hours on the phone with mult-reps, from mult-dept, still they make you wait. I been with COMCAST for over 15years, aside from adding internet, I have never never changed my channel line up, so I'm very disappointed especially since we at spruce manor apartments (over 200 units), where I am property manager, we prefer our tenants sign up for comcast, for past 20 plus year had Comcast as our perferred cable TV provider. Depending on how my current issue is dealt with, we might have to rethink out partnership... Update: June 25,16 12:08pm, NO CALL from any one at CC bulk account dept....
