Forty dollars and you're QUOTE : "so mad I can't even think" ? You won't solve problems that way.

I have had serious mental illness problems in the past and that's one of the symptoms I had to get past with treatment and counseling. You need to keep your mind clear and act accordingly. You'll get better results and feel better too.

My blind rages were scary as possible and easily triggered. You'll just get worse if you don't get some help and probably end up hurting those about whom you care.

I totally agree. If you have a contract aren't they reniging if they remove channels?

My 2 year contract just ran out and bill went up to over $180.00!! I can't afford that!

I have been on the phone with wife over 5 hours in the past 2 weeks and they keeping wiring me awful prices and then add in over 50.00 in fees and taxes. There should be some recourse!!

Comcast - On demand service a disgrace

We pay for on demand, but often get spotty availability for a program that should be on demand. Sometimes an episode or 2 or 3 are skipped and you can only access a much further into the season episode Now you can see where you can PURCHASE an episode but they don't allow you to view that same episode which is part of your plan. EG 90 Day Fiance. I can buy it, but can't view it today until Comcast decides I am allowed to view my free on demand episode. I have been told it's the network not releasing the episodes, but I know that almost all the time it is Comcast not putting the episode up. And btw Comcast, you should really look at who puts up the episodes and how they summarize. Not well summarized with mistakes! If any other business ran the way Comcast is run, it would have to close down. Because often it is the only choice for CABLE then it's who really cares about you, the one who needs us.

Comcast - Poor choice of movies

Recently had bilateral knee surgery which limited my activities and made me temp house bound. Live in Naples Florida with many older retirees. Used to watch the news most of the time but so negative started to depend on movies for entertainment. Don't know who or what choses the movies but must be a teenager or some deviate who likes horror and crime. With all the great old movies available why should your customers be subject to tasteless and repetitious entertainment . Most movies repeated every other day. The only channel that most of the time shows some great old movies and stars is TMC. Don't think anything will change because of my complaint but feels good to give Comcast my opinion for whatever it's worth.P. S. I won't pay for premium channels since my bill is high enough and I'm retired on a fixed income like sooooo many others.

Called tonight to lower my bill. I have been a Comcast customer since before 2002. I have medical issues have had to take a leave of absence from work. I am not getting paid. All I can do is watch TV and get on internet. No money coming in till my disability is paid. My friend is helping me for now. First of all when I told her my issues she wanted to upgrade my service. Then I ask her about the Comcast blast. Ask her twice would it have lifetime channel 119 and the ID channel 111. She assured me it would. Told her I did not want HBO or. Any movie channels. I do not have channel 119 or channel 111. I have HBO which I do not want. Why would someone lie to a sick person who has been a customer for so long. I have never had any other cable company even before 2002. Just under ex husband name instead of mine. I do not think that was very good customer service for someone to lie to a sick person who all they have is TV and Internet to watch in bed. I will be on the phone with them early in the morning This issue will be resolved or I am cancelling. She told me internet would not change. Guess next I will find out that their is a limit on data. Very unhappy with Comcast

Comcast lost another long time customer

My internet/cable TV promotion package ended December 2, 2016. I called to drop a premium channel and the nightmare began! I have had several different packages since then. The first package I received cancelled my premium channel without my okay. The customer service rep also gave me a 24 month contract. I discovered this when I called to complain about the missing channels. My second package included the premium channels but I learned later that the digital preferred channels were excluded from the package. Once again, my package was changed, no contract involved, and a service call was placed because the customer service rep did not see that digital preferred was removed from the current package. I gave up and asked them to cut off my service. I am currently scheduled to have Wide Open West provide my internet and cable TV service.

Comcast in Davie, Florida - New account

I called comcast and placed an order, the technician showed up to do the install, he did not have enough equipment and informed me that he did not have a signal coming into the house. He ordered a new cable to be ran. The work was done a few days later and after waiting 3 weeks, i called them back for them to complete the install. I was informed by a sales person that there was no record in the system associated with my address or phone number. He proceeded to take the new order and informed me that the price i was quoted was wrong and that the new price would be $30 a month higher, additionally there would be a $39 charge for the installation. We got disconnected and by the time i called back the comcast offices were closed. The next day i called back and was quoted a the same package for $5 more dollars a month and an install worth $60. Again we got disconnected and now the monthly price was $125 and the install price $200. Comcast is the most dishonest company i have the misfortune of dealing with. They used the bait and switch tactics and kept changing prices and install cost. I highly recommend you re-evaluate if you are considering comcast services.
