Details
Constant price hikes. Took away Cinemax after I paid to upgrade to a bundle that included. Told me as part of their agreement they can make channel lineup changes and I can’t break agreement. But I’m welcome to buy Cinemax back for $12 a month. They replaced it with their own *** channel called hitz. Garbage would complain about how bad this company smells.

Once again Comcast is making an attempt to get more money from African American customers. In order to get more money Comcast has put OWN and TVOne into a more expensive package. I'm done!!! I can't believe the tactics used by cable companies when the Fire Stick and Roku works just as well if not better than cable. I don't want anything for free but let's not change up in the middle of the game when consumers have other options. They'll get no more money from me.

I was having trouble with my service (many of the channels were not working) Per my request, my Comcast service was to be disconnected Friday, 7 July. I was away for the holiday weekend and returned Wednesday. 5 July with my family. I assumed, my cable wasn't working. I called to have them send a signal and learned my service was disconnected. This was Comcast's error. In order to have my service restored she needed to run my credit. Why if it was it was disconnected early did they have to pull my credit to restore it? I asked to speak to a manager. None was available. While still making my inquiry, I was told my credit was approved. Wonderful, I was purchasing a new vehicle that weekend. With this action, I am now not able to. I also learned the second box in my home had not been activated for months yet I have still been changed. The week after the service man came to check my service and restore the channels. I learned the second box was not activated. The channels were restored after the service man left my home. I have now received my new bill to find out I have been charged for a starter kit. A starter kit that was not needed and returned to the Xfinity store unopened. Thank God I requested a receipt showing the box was unopened. I have had it. No apology, no credit. Just one issue after another. Comcast services are awful and some of their customer service rep is worse!

Two Year Contract with Comcast

I have a two year contract agreement with comcast. The representative from comcast told me that my monthly payment is $158 +. The 2nd month they overcharge me and my bill was $249.58. After complaining to them , they flow rate the overcharges and my bill was less for 3 months. After that, for seven months I was paying $158 +. Then it goes up to $163+ for the next 4 months. This June my bill is $169+, and I talked to comcast representative whats the reason. She told me that the cost of rental dvr box is reason, since the promotion offer expired and expected my bill for July 2017 will be $176+. My contract will expired next January 2018, hope and pray Spectrum Cable will be here at that time.

Comcast in Denver, Colorado - Deceptive Billing Practices and altering accounts

I am continually having a problem with someone going into my account and making unauthorized changes then getting billed for the changes. I contact the customer service and they give me all kinds of excuses then promise things like free HBO for life and reductions in my bill for my trouble and then next month it is all screwed up again and there is no record of what the previous representative promised. I try to get resolutions and am constantly being lied to and given false promises and then no one is ever accountable. My bill has gone from a two year package of $89.00 a month to $133.00 a month. I am offered free services and then the following month I am charges for the Services that were supposed to be given to me for free. I had an original contract that included free HBO for the length of the contract and then after three months I was charged for the HBO.. I have it in writing and when I went to the office that person no longer works there and the contract is not honored. The most recent problem is with the Web page and the TV listings which no longer exists because some *** thinks that It should only be for watching on a computer...I no longer can set preferences, choose my favorites or acces My Channels. I can no longer change the tv with my laptop and when I go to the listings page it freezes my browser and takes forever to load the listings. I click on the tv icon and it brings up Live tv that only allows viewing from my laptop. the watch on tv option is no longer available. The person Responsible for screwing up the web page should be fired and sent to collect used diapers somewhere because he or she has not improved the experience in any way...JUST SCREWED IT UP! It is clear that Comcast has no interest in giving their customers a user friendly experience and I will eat my shorts if anyone responds to this complaint with any meaningful response....COMCAST....YOU PEOPLE SUCK!
