all i can say is comcast has to be the absolutely worst run public company in existance. i am leaving as fast as i possibly can.
would go back to radio before staying with them. their signal is awful, breaks up, audio and video, their response to issues a joke, but the price continues to rise, pay more for less i believe is their motto. when asked to provide the cost of service beyond the time our contact expires am told they cannot do so until the date of expiration.
think they feel that keeps us with them as we panic over the possible loss of service. no panic here, i am all done.
