What's the point of having On Demand with Comcast if it never works!!!

I called and they didn't do anything for me. Said the would check back in 48 hours to see if ti started to work. How is it going to work if they don't do anything.

Does that sound On Demand to you?!!

Atlanta doesn't have good cable service! We're waiting for Bellsouth to start up a better cable service so we can switch. Along with be cable problems with comcast, the internet is the other huge problem. We are constantly having problems with the internet and comcast. Don't use comcast if you have any other choice!!
