My Comcast DVR cable box, which my family has only had for a year, no longer works. When I called to see if it could be fixed I was told that I could bring it in and PAY FOR A REPLACEMENT or have someone come to my house and fix it.
That would be great, if my family had the money and time to *** from work.
I'm not going to pay for a faulty piece of equipment, though, so this is what I will have to do. Thanks for the policy change, Comcast, I really appreciate it!
