Comcast - *** Salesman

One of the salesmen, Christopher June is a *** He smelled like he had been drinking and had a shirt on that looked like he slept in it. He used profanity while talking to me and told crude jokes. I told him I already had Comcast and he told me he was just trying to meet his quota and wanted to put my address down as a contact for the day. As much as I pay for my cable, I would think they could recruit better salesman than this. Someone like this is going to hurt the business in my opinion. I tried calling to report but could not get through.

a Comcast installation tech was never able to hook my equipment up correctly he said someone would return the next day no one showed up my wife called the next day was hung up one week later there equipment was still sitting in my living room with no phone calls or contact from their customers service or sales Representative. I instructed them to move their equipment because I was no longer interested in their service. They returned and picked up their equipment and left without doing anythung . since then Comcast has taken our phone line with no service, I then received a bill for the cable, with many phone calls the bill was supposed to be taken care of and since then I received a bill with late fees and I still have no phone service. This has to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with , companies like this need to be out of business . if anyone has any advice on this matter please post.

Comcast cheat customers

At the end of Last month prior to my previous plan with Comcast was going to end, one sales representative called me, she offered a deal that I am going to pay a $30 for Internet speed 105mb, but when I received the bill early this month, it is double that amount, and it is a totally different plan. When I talked to them which took me around an hour they could not offer me the deal the sales representative offered me. I was so upset that I want to discontinue Comcast. I would say Comcast is really bad, the Internet speed they says 25mb, I don't think it is 25mb, when I use my iPad to play news, it got disconnected often.

Dont Get Service from Comcast!!!!!!!1

When I first called Comcast regarding service I received a quote that was higher than their price on the internet, the salesman told me that only certain departments are allowed to offer those types of prices even though I called the sales representative line. I called back five days later and talked to a new sales representative who informed me that they could give me a little better deal. That experience reminded me of a used car lot. I eventually obtained service through them and chose to install the service myself with a self install kit. I hooked everything up and the receiver for the cable didn't work, so I called technical support but they couldn't find the serial number for the cable box in their system and they never heard of the model that I received. Apparently it was some kind of prototype. They told me to send it back to them and they would send me a new one. The new cable box arrived and it was the same model, but this time it worked. This is a great representation of the company's organizational skills and knowledge of their products. I had this service in my home for a year then I moved. In that year I had numerous problems with equipment failure, service failure, and billing errors. For example, the bill for the last month of service was supposed to be forwarded to my new address, but instead they sent it to collections. They gave no notice, no email and no phone call. When I received the bill from the collections company it was about thirty five dollars more than normal. During the last month of service my cable box failed again and Comcast wanted me to drive forty miles one way to get a new one. By this time I was fed up with their service and demanded that a representative replace it, they eventually sent a technician out and changed the cable box. I was charged thirty five dollars for this. This is a brief overview of what my experience was like. I cannot believe this company is still in business and do not wish this service on to anyone. I will never have Comcast again!!!!!
