We are on a fixed limited income. We can no longer afford to have TV.

Internet or our home phone. Our last bill is for over $227 a month. There is nothing that is worth paying that amount. I have been trying to call Comcast and have been on hold for 45 min...

52... and over an hour. Will have to bundle up everything and take it to their store front and then wait again for someone to help us. Why are you driving us to disconnect every thing because of your pricing?

Today I received an offer from Direct TV and ATT to have all three services for $89 a month.

Come on Comcast start getting real with your pricing.

Spent two and a half hours on line with a Comcast Xfinity rep the other day. The out come was somewhat productive.

We did receive a new two year contract at a reduced rate for our cable bill only.

Had a pleasant encounter with the on line representative.
