Just want say when one has a bill and calling to pay it with 2 different reps both say in order to restart service all you need is a deposit of a 100$ and you say you have a balance of 250$ and want to pay it and they tell you ma'am you can't pay something that is not there I said there is a balance and they said you don't have one!! Then reschedule to get installed and you get the email saying it's all good then that same day a 323rd rep calls to tell you you have to pay your balance off first and now it's 500$ now you need to instruct your employees on the know how of someone's acct sincerely Debbie huston 5743838256 and it's my daughter's account not mine but I supplied the deposit and expect it back on my card asap!!!! Your quick to want bill paid off but wouldn't except it shame on you!!!!
