I'll call about 10 times and each time I got a different excuse. Call for a technician to come out and check and see why my wife I was not working it was a wire on the outside of the house leading to the inside that was not working they told me that I wouldn't have to pay because the problem came from the outside but at the end they charge me $60 plus late fee plus disconnection charge or reconnection charge whatever it is and they told me that I wasn't eligible to get the $60 waved off my account so I have to pay all that I've been having problem with Comcast for the last 3 years I've been a customer four five so I see they not working with me and I don't want to work with them no longer Comcast is a rip-off August my contract up I'm only paying what I owe and nothing more whatever they do with the rest of it I'm ready to fight it to the end.
