Could not receive HBO or STARZ the premium channels that I am paying for. Comcast made an appointment for a technician to come out today 9/16/11 between 11 AM and 1 PM.
I waited and someone called at about 1:25 PM but the call dropped so I continued to wait. At 1:32 PM I received an email saying that I had cancelled the appointment which was NOT true. I called the company and was told someone would come between 4 PM and 8 PM tonight.
I have wasted a whole day today waiting for service. I have been a COMCAST customer for well over 10 years and never experienced any problems.
