So now they went from 10 AM to 10 PM yesterday and now to 1 PM this afternoon! I emailed Bill Gerth and no response.

And his twitter is @comcastcares. Really? I emailed a complaint to comcast and no response. Totally unacceptable.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone at their corporate office? Why do they think they can ignore customers as if no one will care. I pay quite a bit of money for this service and I deserve to at least have some communication from them.

I can't dial into work or call people! Unbelievable.
