There is a major comcast outage and they said it would be fixed at 10AM this morning and now they are saying 10PM tonight!! Comcast - what is going on?!!!!!!
I have been experiencing outages 2 to 3 days the past month and every time I call they say there is an outage. This is not right. Do you care about your customers? Please give us a legitimate reason why this is happening.
Please do not say we are fixing the issue. What is the issue? Please do a better job at communicating with your customers.
Maybe send those affected an email saying what was wrong.
