I have never had a bad taste in my mouth until this week with Comcast. I had internet connectivity problems and after 5 hours on the telephone trying to resolve the issue, I got no where.
The "specialists" didnt even know what they were saying. The 15 people I have talked to in the process are all inconsistent, telling me something different than the one before. After telling one of the people they were speaking chinese to me, he quickley diverted to the simliarities of cooking. Learning computers is like learning to cook.
