I am a direct sales representative and I know for a fact Comcast doesn't care about the customers or their employees. They mandate where to sell and if you don't sell in that territory you will not be paid.
They are steering away from selling to low income neighborhoods, yet they advertise internet essentials for low income families. These neighbor hoods are being "phased out". Residential sales reps are paid less than commercial reps but more is demanded of residential. They keep raising the price of services because of new technology but customers are getting nickeled and dimed to death.
We , the sales rep ,tell the customer one thing but the customer service reps put something all together different in the computer. We the sales reps look like liars.
I want the world to know we only do what the higher ups demand of us. Brian Roberts doesn't give a flip about anything but his money.
