My XFinity xr2 Remote has gone out 3x in one month This evening my tv out is scrambled there is nothing wrong w my television I am paying almost $200 a month Svc Rep of course could not fix This is ridiculous I cannot even use my Smart TV functions They have me under a contract unknowingly After this I am dropping everything w them Very dissatisfied customer but they don’t care If every dissatisfied customer dropped them it would send a message

I take it this company Comcast is doing testing all hours of the day and night!! I have to unplug due to hot stage!! I am happy that I don't have to pay for such service and a matter of fact pay to replace equipment!! I wish it was such a router to see what is hook up to this router?? I said before I do unplug router to cool off,but when plug back in it goes back to what you see in video!! I take it this is how you do business with your customers!! At times when I want to use or download better yet send something all it does is spin like stuck in mud just like a tire to a vehicle spin after a while I get to use my turn!! I wonder if it happen there you would be working on it in no time!!

You router and address that are on I found that since I change password that I get more and more direct tv!! I did take pictures of this to show Comcast not of what should not be there. To show you that other companies are using your internet system. Why is it doesn't direct tv gave their own internet system. And to show others at the same time. We are currently paying Comcast $79/month for internet that is supposed to be 20mb/s download, and a 5mb/s upload. The speed is constantly way lower than what we are paying for. Ran a few speed test's over the course of the day, and on average we receive about a 3.7mb/s down and a 3mb/s upload. With periods to where the speed is about .78 mb/s which is unacceptable. We called the technician out, and was charged $20. All he did was tighten a few cables. Reset the router by turning it on and off. Then said he would have to send some people out during the day to fix it. It has been a week since his visit, and they haven't shown up. If you read this and are thinking about getting Comcast DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET IT NO MATTER HOW MUCH *** THEY THROW AT YOU!!!

Your ping is insane. A connection somewhere is no good. Could be a splitter in the attic or something else.

If it's a wireless comcast router, connect it directly to your computer via ethernet cable and retest, good results ? get a new router if not , cancel the service and switch.

I had this problem, they had to run a new line to my house. Also, if you are in a very population dense area high traffic will slow down the speeds.
