Comcast - Internet scam

Their.s a scammer using Comcast to host a fraudulent website claiming to have a truck for sale telling the buyers to use eBay gift cards to purchase the vehicle after the gift card transaction is made you never here from seller again they scammed me out of 1400.00$ Comcast needs to investigate this.

Had issues with internet. Paying for 300MB and clocking as low as .5MB. TV keeps locking up. Internet doesn't work at the level I'm paying for. I went to our local store and was told it was either my modem or a connectivity issue. They gave me a new modem. This did not fix the problem. I spent two hours trying to get in touch with someone that could help me. I finally, after two hours of bouncing about on the internet, called Abi, a Comcast employee in the Philippines. She scheduled a maintenance call to my home. Two hours to just schedule a maintenance trip!!!! The worst experience I've ever had working with a company I was giving over $2,000 per year to. Abi was great and dealt with me professionally in spite of the level of anger I had arrived at. BullshitBullshitMlcs9819!

Comcast offered a two year plan with a price increase after one year, however, I could call and get it reduced back to the original price. When I called, they stated they could not give me the reduction because they no longer offer the package that I signed up for. I originally spoke to Shaquanna and when I call back for her they tell me that they don't know what department she is in because they do not have a directory and only know the names of the people in their immediate department. Don't believe their lies.

Comcast - Worst cable company ever

My mother in law is in contract that can not get out. This is the worst cable company ever! We have had to call Comcast several times this year to be able to watch our programs. Not only cable but internet service. Very disappointed. It is always a problem in the area and they take too long to fix it.

5 days now no x.1 tv no internet from comcast ! thursday tech checked inside cable its good ! repaced cable modem. Outside tocomcat amplify on pole shows noise on outside trunk cable! No outside cable tech!!! Been told by 2 techs hes coming !! text supervisor in Philippines dont even know my probems here or see notes! No one communicates in comcastor talks to sub contractors!! They are now all from another country and do not understand our language well and do not care..They read from a script (in broken English) and time after time put you on hold and just leaving you there. The FTC definitely should look into this and close them down or demand they begin to respond to customer's concerns.

The people at Comcast Infinity are liars. I have been paying for internet for over 5 years and the speed I was paying for was 150. I am a businessman and had to do an important project from home and the meeting failed due to Comcast/Xfinity actual speed was 62 not 150 and I lost my client. Comcast made an appointment for me the next day to replace the modem between 10 and 12 and they never showed up. I cancelled the family plans had and Comcast never showed up! When I called and waited for 45 minutes on the phone they lied again and said the service man tried to call me which there is no need because they were to come to the house and never did and my phone was working just fine.
