Comcast came to install my neighbors Internet service over six months ago. I phoned comcast to ask when were they going to come back to fix this issue, they replied thanks for brings this to our attention, we'll get someone right out to fix the situation. Six months later this is the resolution to the situation in the photo. They never showed.

Comcast - We were warned

Comcast has provided adequate internet service for years. In order to get Nomorobo, we switched phone service to comcast as well. SURE ENOUGH, service sucks. Technician didn't finish the installation, we got a fake repair date two days later, he didn't show up, and the phone service person we called 6 hours later was not smart enough to understand the problem. We knew Comcast had a *** REPUTATION and now we are adding our voices to it. Further updates as events warrant.

Worst company of cable service, phone customer service ever. They charge you for installation and if the cable doesn't work at your place they will charge you again as a installation fee. Have months having this problems with them and on the phone they will hang up on you. They sent me to collections even if you want to pay the customer service on the phone is *** Never again with this *** company

Comcast is so full of ***. They told me 44 for my bill plan. Then it's 61. Never mind the fact I was charged twice for installation. Then when I call corporate they are telling me the noted that were made. I said that's wrong listen to the call. Oh it too far back. Well what's the point of recording. Then they said they would give me 10 off. I call back because I setup automatic payment that didn't happen. Got a late fee. And tell me no you weren't suppose to get 10 off. But your representative told me I would. They said oh were going to send her to counseling for product. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH MY BILL RIGHT NOW. You're going to get different answers everytime. They are fraudulent company. Plain and simple

FOR INSTALLATION Mr. Roberts, We had a salesman show up at our door on 11/12/15 for a triple hook up. We signed up for the special at $99.00 a month. That is when our problems began, Every time a technician shows up he has no idea on what he is suppose to do. So far we have had 5 tech's. show up and we are still not connected. The communication with your customer service is horrible. thanks for looking. Comcast - Bad customer service

I moved to a brand new apartment building. There was no Comcast service for over 2 weeks. When Comcast was finally available, I called to make an installation appointment. I was told it would be December 9th, but my account said December 15th. Now my account says I have nothing scheduled at all! What on earth is going on?! I am so fed up, but have to keep Comcast (or pay their ridiculously high fee) until 2017. After that, I will definitely be changing providers.

Comcast - So Much For CUSTOMER SERVICE

We had an appointment to install a 2nd business line on Oct 13th. The tech came out to do the installation walked back and forth for about 3 minutes to determine we needed to have someone come to run the wiring and they would be here on Oct 15th by 5pm. No one showed up and come to find out in your system they have a note stating no one was home. We are a business that does not close until 6pm and we were in the office that Thursday until 7pm with customers, no one came. I called yesterday to try and get a new install date and to see what the hold up was with the wiring. After being transferred more than five times and going through three supervisors I finally after over an hour spoke to a supervisor who attempted to make ease of the situation. After being a loyal business customer for almost two yeas I expect to be treated as though. After I mentioned I might have to go to your competitor instead of staying with comcast it was no big deal to loose my company as a customer his response was ''if that's what you have to do'' this is how you resolve your problems? He finally offered a credit of $60.00 and we settled on $90.00 which in my opinion there was more that could have been done. I am currently in the process of switching my services to another provider.
