I ordered cable from Comcast had to wait 2 weeks before they could come out and then the day they came they didn't even hook up my cable because he was worried about the animals down stairs in which they are all in cages and his excuse was that it was going to take 8 hours to do the job and now I have to wait another 2 weeks before they will send another tech out to hook up our cable.. They said they was going to put me on the priority list but I still have not heard nothing on the appointment

I've had so many problems with Comcast billing. The techs do things wrong when they install equipment then cover it up. When the home security system alarm goes off they text you a message it went off and they aborted it. They have maybe called 2 times to ask for my password to make sure I'm safe. You name it and it's wrong with Comcast. I finally got to the point of taking all of their equipment out of my home myself and took it to their office. I'm just done. Im an older person and like to try to keep my life calm. They kept me so upset with all of their bull. I don't want them in my home anymore. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I got stood up by comcast. They wanted us to pay to reschedule when it was their fault. They did not care that the installer never showed up or called. We are switching to a different company as I type this. Every person was rude and didn't know why the person never showed up. Never recommending comcast to anyone.

5 weeks now, I cant even get an appointment to get internet thru comcast, I have two work orders that explains. My address need up loaded to system. Tgen I can get an install, the comcast box are mounted but lost in cyberspace. What a joke, I have found 3 people who gave up on install due to incompetence.

When I called comcast to check how much I had to pay for Wi-Fi the representatives told me that if I get the wifi the installation will be free. I said to the representative that I will call back that I need to check other company and he said that if I hang up and call back I have to pay fofor the installation but because that was my first time call comcast I will not pay for installation. I called today and speak with one representative and one manager and they told me that the representative didn't put in the computer that the installation was free and I have to said to the manager that is not my fault was the representative fault and I can't go to comcast to put in the computer that my installation was free. THAT iS the fault of the representative not mine. The other problem was I never received no e-mail or a bill because the representative put a wrong zip code. I don't like people get advantage of the people and if the representative doesn't do his job correctly is not my fault either

Worst customer service! I called to set up service with Comcast 2 weeks ago. Their first available installation date was Monday, which I took. Service person never showed. When I called about it, they said the whole account was built/entered 2 days ago & they have me down for installation on Tuesday. I asked them why they would "enter my account" 2 days ago when I spoke with them 2 weeks ago for setup. They did not have an answer except just repeating same thing over, that it was just entered. I then asked why they would change my service day without notifying me. They didn't have an answer. I took a day off work for nothing. A supervisor was supposed to call me yesterday, but I have yet to receive that call. This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered!!

Comcast - Former employee gets the shakedown

I am a former service tech, once I found a better opportunity and left the company, Comcast shut off the alarm service and then tired to bill me for installation cost of $500. When I resolved that issue with them today, everything was find until I went to watch the tv in my bedroom (DVR box) they shut the box off after telling them several times not to touch the other services. I try to call them and of course they are not open. Now I know they are going try a bill me to turn the servic obscure on.

talked to ishwar about setting up cable in my home...he said sure sends me a set up box..i set it up..only to be told O looks like it was never set up at the pole!! seriously!? now i have to wait for a tech to come out after waiting a week already! ishwar and cayerann need more training..and i need to be compensated!

Comcast Billing / Customer Services

I already filed a complaint with BBB towards the end of 2014 regarding issues with Comcast. After the complaint, a local Comcast staff member contacted me to resolve the matter, which occurred - in part. In part, because right after the other matters were resolved and I finished installing the equipment in my condo I experienced technical issues. I contacted the technical department, which after some basic troubleshooting, stated that a technician had to be sent to my house. In any moment I was told there would be a charge. This technician came over pulled cables around, left my closet a mess and resolved nothing. In other words, I continued to experience technical problems. Furthermore, the technician NEVER provided me with any paper, receipt, bill or anything stating the services that were provided. Nevertheless, after much work around the cables and the cable boxes (when I had the time), I found out that the main cable box was not working properly. I installed the "small" cable box in the living room and the put the main cable box in my car as to whenever I had a chance stop by the local store to exchange for one that is actually working. Little I knew that this technician created a bill for services that 1st I did not request (I was told I needed) and 2nd he did not provide me as the issue was not resolved. I have never received the bill, which according to Comcast was sent to me every month since December. I got home today to find out my service, which is through my association, had been disconnected. I contacted Comcast billing department and they refused to reconnect my services unless I pay for the technician service. I stated I will not be paying for a service I did not ask and it was not delivered. Yet, the representative said he could not do anything, only a supervisor, who he could not get on the phone to speak to me.

Have the government step in to stop this monopoly that Comcast has become, whereas it charges whatever it wants, whenever it wants, give mixed messages, poor customer service etc. without any regards for citizens
