Bill went up again. Agreed to a lesser price to bundle all 3.
Called 3 times because new equipment never came.
Still nothing. Next step - different service company.

I responded to an offer for a FREE Gateway router/modem from Comcast. It said I could get much faster internet speed.
After installation,It was much slower than my old one, which I had to return to them. I called them twice and got a runaround. The third time I called, I was finally told I could get faster internet speed by subscribing to a higher "tier". I asked if it was free.
And, of course, they said no.
So I have to now pay extra to get the speed on my old "slow" modem. I feel this is bait and switch.
