Comcast For Business, unreliable, poor service, frequent outages

New Reviewer"Comcast for Business" Sales people told us originally, "Comcast for Business" have virtually no outages, "it never happens" . This was of course a total lie, we've had outages regularly since signing up.
Making it worse is, when the service goes out you cannot use the Comcast phone service to get information. The excuses run from "bad nodes", "loss of back up power", "generator failures". "BAD weather" even when the entire region for 200 miles is sunny and not even windy. Every excuse imaginable but "the dog ate my homework".
In the last month we've had four outages during business hours lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours. If FIOS was available here half the city would switch over instantly.
If you're thinking of installing Comcast For Business..THINK AGAIN! Comcast couldn't care less about their customers.
As hard as it is to imagine, COMCAST Business Service is WORSE than their residential. (I'm not sure how that's possible) . Peter Combs, Gloucester, Massachusetts

Comcast Pros: Dsl for being more relaible.
Comcast Cons: Lousy unreliable service, Poor excuses for bad service, No attempt to try and please us, Indifferent customer service.

There service is simply not reliable. Using it now 1.5 years - several _days_ of downtime.
