Comcast - Customer Care Review
Spoke to an agent to set up a payment arrangement on the 15th due to my twice a month pay cycle.The agent processed the payment for the 8th after countless efforts of explaining my payroll cycle.
Comcast/Xfinity definitely needs to cease and assist outsourcing billing/payments! It takes entirely too much effort to speak and explain situations to foreigners.
Why have surveys if your not listening to customer complaints!There is no one call resolution with Comcast!
