Comcast - Bad policies

Have been reaching out to Xfinity/Comcast several times a week since January. Last time, last week. A "Tier 2" supervisor (what ever that means) rudely told me I have to pay for mobile service I dont own nor have. I am boxing up their cable equipment to send back tomorrow. I refuse to be defrauded, lied to, and price gouged. They broke the contract so I will not pay.

Don't Use Comcast

So many problems with Comcast. For one, I had an overdue bill which I paid. Comcast cashed the check and then later shut me down anyway claiming I hadn't paid it, which resulted in a long series of phone calls. At another time I set up a time for their person to come by to install service and they missed the window for an entire day. Today I just called them to shut down my service and they refused to do so because "their computer system is down." I would pay significantly more to do avoid doing business with Comcast.

Comcast - REFUND TAKES 4 to 6 WEEKS

Finally after years of terrible service I said "Enough" no more with this dreadful company. I returned the equipment to Coconut Point, Lee County Florida on 12/12/18. Today 1/22/19 I received a bill for $385.00 for non return of equipment. Actually they owe me $4.95. The accounts department agreed that I had returned the equipment and the girl said "we will send you a check for your over payment, it should arrive in 4 - 6 weeks" If I owed them money I would pay immediately but they take 4 - 6 WEEKS. WHAT A GIANT RIP-OFF. Take my advise and NEVER deal with this company

The VP has his own welcome letter on their business site. And no, he won't contact you nor make it right.

Been there and done that. Contacted nearly everyone who is anyone at Comcast about their total lack of customer service. Everyone who is using their half baked service should terminate service. They brag on media about the big influx of customers to the point they don't have to drag customers in to make the big profits they are raking in...all of their customers need to stop services.

Bankrupt a corrupt company.

Do ourselves a favor. Shut them down.

Just because you're the one that calls all the time, doesn't mean you're the account owner. I get people like that at my work all the time who get bent out of shape because they're the spouse or whatever and feel like they have the right to be up in the account owner's business, when they don't.

After two months of Voice Mail drop ins from boxes not my own recording messages not for me and not dialing my phone number. I contacted Comcrap to get it fixed. Now at two weeks and they still do not seem to care. Three MANAGERs actually promised to call me back. Batting 0.000 so far. Attempts to call Security Assurance at 888-565-4329 led to >120 minutes of "Your call is important..." Really, if it were important all three tickets would still be open, and Security would ask me for the evidence I collected to help solve the issue. Today, COMCRAP calls while I'm at work when told when I be available. Then they try calling on my CELL Phone? Now BLOCKED! Two emails to corporate VP and none were delivered - I set delivery & read markers! They block them from freely posted emails on their own site! Posting on social media sites, and three Comcast trolls same to PM or DM them. Really, why would I do that after calls totaling 7 hours and chats totaling another 6 hours. Who wants me to read their Voice mails? I've been getting them for several different persons, but mostly for Troy & Annette Marlow - who ever they are. And the business calling them claims my phone number isn't on any of their listings - and they don't care that I can read the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about Troy & Annette. Big note: The last two Tier one Customer Disservice weenies claim I'm seeing Caller ID Spoofing - when nothing shows in my phone calls missed list. REALLY Comcrap. I've got evidence you should see!
