Cable has not work correctly for over a year it is not had four or five days of good service you cannot get in touch with a human I'm fresh out of the hospital and I can't get out I don't even know where to find the human they're so mean on the phone when you do get someone I have to call about every other day I hate this company I would love to get together a class action suit against them I see they pissed off a lot of people

Check your cable bill. They want you to go paperless and autopay for a reason. I caught them 2 years ago over charging me for stingray service. I called them and they only refunded 3 months of it but charged me for 10 months they are committing fraud on the customer. I caught them a second time doing same thing again. Not only that bill increases from $126.00 per month to $168.00 Called them trying to get better rate it went to$198.00 . Now trying to close account for 3 days spend 1 1/2 hours on phone with 3 different people still not turned off and charging me $60.00 Termination fee they are crooks.

Comcast - Irresposible and Reckless Driver

On June 15, 2019, from around 5:30 p.m. to 5:45, a Comcast employee was driving a white Comcast pick-up truck with a generator hooked on the end of the truck that he was towing. The employee was driving the truck too close to the bumper of my vehicle that I was concerned he would cause an accident. I thought the driver's actions were very irresponsible and reckless. This incident happened on Norbeck Road in Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland from the intersection of Layhill Road and Norbeck Road to the intersection of Bauer Road and Norbeck Road. The driver exited on to East Gude Drive. The driver wore a straw hat while he drove.

I think that it is horrible and VERY UNCUSTOMERSERVICE LIKE to not be able to extend an extra 2 days. I do not care if I’m late I pay all late fees but you would rather disconnect and charge me to reconnect than let me pay 2 days later. You guys forget, life happens but we have to suck it up when the services are down!! Straight BS. Will be looking for another provider because you don’t take care of the people who keep you in business. *** , I’m so pissed because I spend too much damn money!!!

They are called crook cast in my neck of the woods. They definitely make stuff up.

Once I was billed for some sort of soccer package. They claimed I purchased it bu then stated my neighbor purchase it and our accounts were mingled in some sort of glitch. Then they suggested we pay for it and work it out with our neighbors.

What a bunch of incompetents. We switched to time warner cable just to get away from them
