Comcast - ANYTHING & Everything that could be imagined, went wrong!!!

No way can I put our experience in less than 100 words. From day ONE on May 23 to today, July 31, we have had nothing but hours and hours of proof of the worst customer service, LIES, over charges, wrong services, etc!! And now after months and months of absolute stress and no resolution, we want out and guess what!!! Comcast refuses. I am beyond done, I cannot believe they are getting away with this AND no one has done anything about it. The money that I have spent on my phone bill alone just waiting on hold so I could be lied to, hung up on, or told whatever the cuts rep on the phone could say to get rid of me is ridiculous by itself. Not including entire afternoons and sometimes ENTIRE days of missed work trying to get anything taken care of with these people!!!!!

It's been over a year and the thought of Comcast still upsets my nerves to think about their service. Comcast - Harassing me claiming debt through Credit Protection Assocation L P

I have been repeatedly contacted by mail by a debt collecting company hired by comcast called Credit Protection Assocation L P.They have claimed that I had a previous comcast bussiness account that was closed before an year, and I owe them $315 for unreturned equipment. I called comcast customer care team numerous time to resolve this matter, each time Comcast saying me that I dont have any debt!!.The last time the comcast support even gave me a confirmation code that I dont have any debt.. But, still i am getting these mails.i wonder how can they do such mistakes and pass on such informations to the debt collecting companies.

Comcast - The worst customer service ever

I moved, from one apartment to another one within the same building. It took hours and multiple phone calls to convince them that I could do it myself, with no huge charge and tech visit, that it was in the SAME BUILDING! Of course, after it worked for just about two days, the box went out. Now they say that the only way to get it fixed is to have a tech come in, for a charge of (at least) $50 to swap it out, or take the day off work to get to a (so-called) service center and swap it out myself. I live in Denver, right in Capital Hill, right in the middle. Comcast, in it's infinite wisdom, has removed all the service centers from Denver. There are literally none within the city limits! Really, I have to pay them to take care of their own equipment! Or do without! What a scam, I pay rent on the box, and the service is far from cheap! Greedy crooks!

Comcast - What is BBB doing with this company?

I have not service for the last 6 days and they cannot resolve my issue right away, I have to wait another couple days until a technician can stop at my location. My bill went up and customer care just can't do anything and mockingly say "sorry" just hate their customer service and the managers have no time to listen to complaints. Does the CEO of this company not see the issues.( then they will wonder why their stock price not doing well). Forget Walmart, this company sucks to the bottom. I really hope someone seriously addressed this issue.

Comcast keeps increasing my bill

On the phone 3 1/2 hours today. One person says my fee is permanent and will not change, then it changes and increases 40%. I call them on it and they say "we never told you that". When I ask for a supervisor, they say "sure let me transfer you" then disconnect the call. This happened 5 times. Each time I asked to be transferred I was hung up on. Unbelievable. I actually had a rep say to me "why would we give you a reduction of your bill? You're not going to get that from us" (I did). I am done with Comcast and i have been a customer for 14 years....they can care less.

COMCAST- TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY

INTERNET NOT WORKING- COULD NOT GET FIXED. CALLED COMCAST FOR HELP- PHONE SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE. NOBODY COULD TAKE CARE OF INTERNET PROBLEM. WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 3 - 4 HOURS EVERY TIME I CALLED, MOST OF TIME PUT ON HOLD. MADE APPT FOR SERVICE MAN TO COME TO HOUSE- NEVER SHOWED UP. WOULD NOT CONNECT ME WITH MANAGER WHEN I ASKED POLITELY AND RESPECTFULLY. SERVICE AT OUR HOME WENT DOWN ON AVERAGE ABOUT 20 TIMES A DAY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE AT COMCAST TO ANSWER PHONES, GIVE US THE RUN AROUND AND PRETEND TO BE HELPING US. THEY PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND NOBODY SHOWED UP. TOOK TIME OFF OF WORK TO BE HOME DURING THE TIMES HE WAS TO SHOW UP AT OUR HOUSE. NEVER SHOWED UP. NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM COMCAST. NO WAY TO GET HELP ONLINE. DEAD END EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DISCONNECTING SERVICE- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
