Comcast - Terrible Service

This company has old and out of date equipment that does not work very well. You are forced to use a cable box because I you don't you are pay too much for very few channels. Their Customer service is not any better. The charged me for a full month of cable even though I had only 2 weeks of cable. They said they would give me a partial refund. THE LIED I NEVER GOT THAT REFUND. I one time I had to return a cable box that didn't work anymore (which I have done a lot because their equipment is old and doesn't work very well) I had them come to bring and install the new one. They brought the wrong one, so when I called back to tell them they need to come back The charged me for the second trip which was their fault to begin with

Comcast Cable Tv Service Review

I hate Comcast... every few months my cable goes out in the middle of a program and they say I need a new box. When the tech comes out, he doesn't change the box but gets it to work. I almost feel like it is intentionally so I am charge for tech service.

Bad actors running comcast, selling a defective product, have no regard about customer complaints

I can't watch xfinity videos, see in blogs that I'm one of many. The new webpage is so asinine I only use to access email or tv. Click sign in for tv, the next page says click sign in again. Then I have to click on the username box to activate the cursor. Same with password box. Click the box to stay signed in but doesn't stay signed in. Must name the device every time. Call to complain, takes forever, speak to multiple people, end up with foreigner asking for ssn. Comcast doesn't give a *** about its customers. You don't care about us.

Comcast - Dis-satisfied

I recently switched from Dish to comcast xfinity because I wasn't satisfied with service provided by Dish, BIG MISTAKE. For the past week I have been losing the signal on one of my 3 tv's. I tried calling a PERSON locally, ( impossible ) I first get a recording with numerous questions, then connected to some *** in the Philippines who I cannot understand, they want me to go thru a whole checklist which I fell for before & didn't solve the problem. Anyway, after waiting 3 hours a serviceman showed up & got my one tv working. About 30 minutes after he left, all 3 of my tvs lost signals , I called back to the Philippines & was told they could have someone out the next day. Totally fed up & as soon as my contract is up comcast can be assured that I or anyone I am acquainted with will never contact them again

Comcast - 10% sevice

90% of Comcast cable has been out for days. The other 10% of cable nobody would ever watch is all broken digital feeds. This exact same thing has happened at least 5 times since I moved into a forced cable system as a rental this past May. I dumped Comcast 10 years ago when I owned my last home ...... FOR THE SAME *** THEY SCREW THERE CUSTOMERS TODAY !! I laugh now at there commercials about this great "customer service" !!! I complained 6 days ago and they won't be out for 2 days yet !!! Anyone considering cable ..... DO NOT TAKE COMCAST !!! I have finally convinced my landlord to change to VERIZON come 10/18/16. COMCAST needs to go out of business for the *** poor service they continue to provide !!!!!

Comcast cable is the worst in my area. It goes out way more than I complain about it but Friday Iwas pissed. I leave work, come shoer and try to watch the news and no freakin cable. After an hour or so, I finally call only to be told that there's no signal from my box, well there was one yesterday. Then the foolishness of unplugging and plugging only to still have no cable. The kicker is that no one can come out til 9/27/16, more foolishness. My worst weekend ever! I DO NOT LIKE COMCAST CABLE, IT SUCKS! $111 a month for the worst service ever!
