I have lost access to Investigation Discovery through Comcast/Xfinity

I have lost access to Investigation Discovery through Comcast cable. Comcast is telling people different stories of why this has happened, and we can't be sure why. One of the stories is that Comcast is in negotiation with Investigation Discovery (or Discovery) and has been for the past 1.5 years. Is this true? Why do you no longer provide access through Comcast/Xfinity?

Cable rates & leasing boxes have skyrocketed. The programming is terrible.

You get the same select movies all month over and over again. As far as cable boxes go, A single box without a dvr runs $14 a month.

$168 a year. Double that for more than 1 box on another a tv....

Comcast - WORST customer service EVER

I had their services for 12 days and it never worked. They came out 3 times and so it did not work. Every time I had to call in and go through prompts and explain from the beginning what was wrong. Three times I was promised to get a call from a supervisor that never came. They were to come pick up their equipment yesterday and never came and so far have not showed again today. I have wasted countless hours on the phone and because no one has an extension they just pass the buck or never call back. Verizon came and hooked up my service and it worked right away.

My cable has been tiling and going off with an error message. I had one tech work on the problem. It seemed fixed but now is messing up again. I have to wait until another tech comes out. I am getting tired of paying for bad service. The recorded messages on calling service are not user friendly. The agents at times are very difficult to understand. I see other people having problems with Comcast and now I know why. I tried e-mailing Comcast at We_Can_Help@cable.comcast.com but got a return e-mail saying they do not use this e-mail address any longer. Probably because they have so many complaints. In this day and age, it seems that I should not have to pay for such bad service.

Comcast - Cable in my YARD

I have had a cable running on the ground from one side of my yard to the other - AKA across my driveway, sidewalk, even into the road (since the cable is so long). I've called 3 times to put in work orders. They keep getting cancelled. I know at least two Comcast reps have been out to my house to look at it. The cable IS A HAZARD. We can't mow the lawn. We (and lots of other neighbors) walk our dogs, kids ride their bikes, and neighbors take walks ACROSS THE CABLE. Oh, and I forgot to mention ... IT'S NOT EVEN FOR MY SERVICE - IT'S FOR MY NEW NEIGHBOR. Been there since August. It's now the week before Christmas. I've received no phone calls from Comcast to check in with me. No one knocked on my door when the cable was installed.

Comcast - Scam company

My association pays all my basic cable and internet services, unfortunaly through Camcast, which has always found a way to add to my account. Every couple of months i experience major issues with them. Awful. Costumer service. They all work in a different page. The last one was a $99 bill for a Maywheather fight that I tried to order, but was never tranmitted to my cable box saying that it was too late too order it. And a $60 bill for a incall service. They charge to fix their own faulty equipment. Its a scam all around. But being the giant they are!! We are kind of difense less against them. We should all file a class action law suit against them.

Comcast gave me two credits and since I cancelled cable TV, I no longer am paying for watching ours. I am only paying for internet now.

Comcast - Terrible Service

This company has old and out of date equipment that does not work very well. You are forced to use a cable box because I you don't you are pay too much for very few channels. Their Customer service is not any better. The charged me for a full month of cable even though I had only 2 weeks of cable. They said they would give me a partial refund. THE LIED I NEVER GOT THAT REFUND. I one time I had to return a cable box that didn't work anymore (which I have done a lot because their equipment is old and doesn't work very well) I had them come to bring and install the new one. They brought the wrong one, so when I called back to tell them they need to come back The charged me for the second trip which was their fault to begin with

I hate Comcast... every few months my cable goes out in the middle of a program and they say I need a new box. When the tech comes out, he doesn't change the box but gets it to work. I almost feel like it is intentionally so I am charge for tech service.

I can't watch xfinity videos, see in blogs that I'm one of many. The new webpage is so asinine I only use to access email or tv. Click sign in for tv, the next page says click sign in again. Then I have to click on the username box to activate the cursor. Same with password box. Click the box to stay signed in but doesn't stay signed in. Must name the device every time. Call to complain, takes forever, speak to multiple people, end up with foreigner asking for ssn. Comcast doesn't give a *** about its customers. You don't care about us.
