Service tech installed cable to my neighbors house disconnected my service never told me he was disconnecting mine,or checked if it was up after he left, he did same thing to neighbors not everything working with him. and never rehooked mine.why he unhooked mine is beyond me.

When I finally got through to Comcast on numerous occasions they tell me they can have someone out in couple days. Then they say someone will notify me. Haven't heard from anyone yet. Comcast installer didn't know what he was doing so I have to suffer with no services for a couple days.

I'm sure you want your money for that bill on time.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of comcast cable service. Comcast needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
