Love comcast cable typically but the HD set up that was in our office was not working properly one day. We checked it over and came to a conclusion that it was most likely not our fault but rather the result of faulty equipment.

After much anticipation of waiting on the phone with customer service we found that they would send a signal to fix it but would not wait on the phone with us for 20 minutes to see if that worked. After 20 minutes and multiple attempts to get them out to fix the box they did and replaced the faulty box and now we have HD again!
