Comcast - Horrible service, horrible product

Every year my monthly cost increases dramatically and I have to either pay the steep increase in cost or lose channels and/or services. They did this bulls.... to my aunt until she was paying an outrageous monthly payment for ONLY basic channels!!!! Comcast is ridiculous!!!! I stayed loyal to this greedy company for years and now I'm forced to do what I use to do.....jump back and forth and take advantage of specials offered. It makes me sick that I have to continually change carriers because the "regular" monthly payment is unaffordable. Shame on all of you greedy carriers!!!!

Do Not trust Comcast for your cable/internet. I was reluctant to get into a contract with Comcast for 2 years. I was told the monthly cost would remain the same throughout my contract. That was a lie! I now am faced with an increase after 6 months in my contract. I called and voiced my concern. In turn Comcast representative, told me it is an increase in the use of equipment. I told them I was in a contract and want to cancel because they in breach of my contract. They told me in so many words, tough! Either pay the penalty for leaving Comcast or pay the increase imposed upon me. Comcast is a dishonest company!!!!!!! Run!!!!!!!

I agree 100% been thru *** with this company. It's all about money, not service at all.

They lie constantly. I too am locked in and was told the bill would not go any higher for 2 years, it rises each year. If you don't pay you get a disconnect in a week.

Corporate cares nothing about it either, they are as bad as the regular lying reps in this horrible company. They have you on hold and your passed around to different people and your saying the same thing over and over, as a cancer patient this is beyond horrendous to have to waste your energy with these pigs.
