This company is a *** joke. Ive done went they the automated system to talk to someone 9 times and it hangs up on you the call you and Wana sign you up for different plans and all sounds good for the price and then boom check your bill there automatically charging you way over what you agreed soon

I also filled a complaint with the FCC, it got there attention. Comcast sent me a B.S. letter, but that's all.

I signed up with Comcast/Xfinity Nov. 2018. When I signed I wanted the Golf channel & Turner classic movies, & because of the package I chose I also received Starz at no charge. Since the original contract or agreement I've lost Turner and now I just lost Starz. I feel that if I am locked in for 2yrs, Comcast should be as well. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT. They will stab you in the back first chance they get.

Trouble service for a long time..drop signals..comcast replace wiring...signal still drops. Comcast says cannot fix problem until 4/26/2020 Forget it!! Comcasts wants payment now...but no service..wow. are you kidding? So I discontinued service.

They lied ,they are racist, over charged me and they dont know what is going on. I cant believe how they treated a long time customer. As soon as I find something else Im gone. Plus my parents and my wifes parents and more. You want to know the whole story call me at 708-516-3422. You will never ever get a good review. I will spread the word about u guys.

That company at any given moment will charge what they want you to pay. When calling customers service line agent doesn't speak nor understand English so that will lead to a hangup in your face.

Their monthly billings keep changing almost every month. You are told you will get $10 off for automatic payment and 3 months later you are still trying to get it. Costs for services are going up by large percentages frequently. Calling them every months drove me crazy.

Comcast - They Just dropped Cinemax!

We've had several problems with Comcast and more as of the last couple of weeks. Wi-fi goes out, cable goes out and now we went to watch the show Jett and couldn't because Comcast decided to cancel Cinemax all together without telling their customers! It's ridiculous!!
