Last time I re-upped with Comcast, I had decided I wanted to pay no more than I had been paying or else I would go elsewhere. I discussed with a sales person and made this clear. The sales person made sure the bill would be the same as in the past and my first bill conformed. The very next bill added fees that, when I complained, they said they were legally required. I contacted the supposed customer omsbudsman, a VP, and was given the brush off.

Comcast lies on their website about pricing and channel availability. They list HD channels as being available with your package but then charge you $10 extra a month for it. Comcast service reps are unpleasant and unhelpful. I truly think this is the worst cable/internet provider available in terms of price, packages, and service.

Worst company ever!! Always having trouble with our internet and tv. When we call it's a bunch of people who barley speak English, it's more frustrating trying to understand them, then to fix my problem. I will never be a Comcast customer again. I rather go to Verizon where it's a little more money but better service and less issues.
