Due to Covid I can do longer afford this big bill by Comcast. Its impossible to reach customer service to chance this. On the website there is no option for this.

No idea why you keep charging me and then not providing the service. It is impossible to get in touch with you. No agent and phone lines go in loops.

I have almost two weeks canceled my contract, because I moved out of state, and I am receiving bills from the cable, because they have not canceled yet. I returned the equipment from June 28 and still have not canceled. I am very angry this is a fraud, if you do not help me I will have to contact the consumer fraud department ..

You must cancel anything and everything in writing and serve your demand via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested. When returning equipment, demand a full accounted list prior to leaving the facility. Remember they bill a month in advance so serve your cease and desist letter a minimum of 30 days prior to the the next billing date.

We pay $300/month and have no service for 8 days. Why ??????? We have not had any help to improve the situation. What is it you want us to do, try a different service? Someone in this company needs to get out the chair and go to work.

Comcast - Repeated interruption in services, can’t talk to a human.

For the 4th time in two weeks, my cable/internet service was not working. Repeated calls to Comcast got me nowhere, and moreover, the machine actually hung up on me multiple times. Supposedly there was scheduled maintenance done in my area BEFORE the onset on the first set of (recent) problems. This apparently had no effect on anything, as the issues still occurred. This morning I awoke to no internet service, made several phone calls, and again was hung up on by a machine, having no luck trying to speak to an actual human. If I could go to an actual building, thatd be nice, but since thats not an option, I suppose I wont be throwing any tires through windows any time soon.

This company is a *** joke. Ive done went they the automated system to talk to someone 9 times and it hangs up on you the call you and Wana sign you up for different plans and all sounds good for the price and then boom check your bill there automatically charging you way over what you agreed soon
