I have been trying to get XFinity On Demand since before 3pm; called Customer Service and was told he did a refresher and it would take an hour; he called back but I was outside; no message no callback and it’s 610pm; now nothing is working ;

First picture on my left is what I see now; 2nd picture is what I see now after his refresh.

One thing after another.

Paying $200 a month for services at this time.

Whenever you call it’s at least a 45-1 hour call. Praying before I call; I cannot even change back or exit rather to a channel...

Some issues can’t “magically” be fixed over the phone. Stop whining and ask them to send a tech to your home.
