I'll call about 10 times and each time I got a different excuse. Call for a technician to come out and check and see why my wife I was not working it was a wire on the outside of the house leading to the inside that was not working they told me that I wouldn't have to pay because the problem came from the outside but at the end they charge me $60 plus late fee plus disconnection charge or reconnection charge whatever it is and they told me that I wasn't eligible to get the $60 waved off my account so I have to pay all that I've been having problem with Comcast for the last 3 years I've been a customer four five so I see they not working with me and I don't want to work with them no longer Comcast is a rip-off August my contract up I'm only paying what I owe and nothing more whatever they do with the rest of it I'm ready to fight it to the end.

Comcast deducted $100.00 and May 12. Deducted $151.59 from my account. And when the account was opened the payment were in advance. So they sent me a check for $152.33 back after I called for a refund. so do the math they prorated my refund. Does it look right to you....

when you have a contract for price of 89.99 an it jumps to 287 an then next bill 140 its *** this is how they treat there customers its a bunch of *** I do like the internet but still these prices are for the birds you never get the same amount each month or they say you owe for this an that another *** I'm quite upset with this company an *** don't help so looking for away to breach a contract they sure know how to do it an its a bunch of *** unsatisfied customer

Comcast - Change password

I am beginning to think that you don't want me to pay my bill or for that fact me changing password. Your service is getting bad to where you request a password either by text or email!! Neither one is being answered which is rather boring to say the least!!! Being on xfinity insider I can say this it is getting to the point to where I don't care if I do or don't!! I ask numerous times about this situation being slow or unwanted site to go to in order to change password!!! Start toget things moving at a faster rate to mend this change by calling in using the phone number involved with this account to where it would send a link to new password and last four phone number associated with the said account!!!!!

On January 4 I checked my bank account and realized there was an UNAUTHORIZED charge for 112.75 from Comcast. I never called to make the payment I'm not signed up for auto pay no one at Comcast can explain how this happened. I didn't have enough in my account that's why I didn't pay the bill NOW my account is 244.75 in *** and NOONE at Comcast can help me. I've spoken to supervisors Amy a rep named Jessica and shanna I the revenue assurance dept and they are all telling me they can't help me. I will not rest until I'm reimbursed. Note to all consumers in Atlanta STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST!!!!!! AT&T here I come. Comcast your service sucks and your customer service reps are liars and incompetent. I am so angry!!!!

Comcast in Tacoma, Washington - Severe Security Issues

I have tried to get into my online account for over a year.. I have a bundled package that includes phone. I don't use the phone, so the rep always says they will send me a 4 digit pin in the mail, this is for 'security' reasons, to prove that I am who I am. Sigh.. Finally a few days ago I got the 4 digit code in the mail, of course it's not working, so I log onto chat.. I am just frazzled, so tired of trying to get into my OWN account should not be this DIFFICULT. Anyway, the ever patient rep I'm chatting with assures me he is the right person and will resolve this issue. I don't even want to hear that for the umpteenth time. I tell him what my log in is, the pin I received, the last four of my social, my security questions, my phone number. It goes on and on. He finally tells me to click on a link and enter the username of wilson followed by 4 numbers. I told him, well my last name is Williams, but okay, if that's what he wants me to do, I will. So I do.. and it says 'welcome Jeremy Wilson'. My name is Lisa Williams! F sake! I inform him of this.. I tell him I'm looking at Jeremy's e-mail.. this is definitely not right. He quickly asks me to try again, really?? Jeremy again. So then he changes my log in to the right one and an new code.. I log in again with all the new credentials. JEREMY AGAIN! Jeremy, I hope maybe you read this, if you notice your password has changed it's because COMCAST is SO EFFED UP. And I didn't really read your e-mail either. After FOUR attempts, it appears that I am finally in my own account. Whatever, I'm certainly not setting up auto pay or anything, for gods sake, how often does this happen? I see where you can file a complaint with the FCC, but that looks like it's only for billing issues. This is a serious security issue! If I was a real bad guy - I'd see if I could log onto Jeremy's account again! But I'm not. I'm good. I need blood pressure meds after today. Anyway, I saved the chat, I'm going to figure out a way to escalate this. Absolutely aggravating and not secure! Fair warning people, how many people are being directed to your account without you knowing it?

Comcast - Thieves

Comcast applied all of my payments to an old account and disconnected my current account for non-payment. Now they say they never received payments on the old account. I have my bank statements to prove it. Phone calls go to Phillipines. They have no regard whatsoever for customer service. One rep in Connecticut said she saw all of the mistakes then I was transferred to an off shore call center and the person there said he could not see any payments. This took more than 1 hour and 35 minutes. The person off shore refused to call me back rather than have me wait online for him. Nothing was done, he went silent after more than 90 minutes of time on the phone.

This is happening to me as I type this note. i signed up for new service o Monday, got my equipment Tuesday and went through the set up process only to discover I can't activate my service due to a balance from a old account.

By this point I had been trying to get through to someone for over 25 minutes. I have been getting the run-around to get my balance and what I can do to remedy this and actually start my new service.

I have new service that I signed up for and I equipment in my home that I currently can't use. I am VERY TICKED off with Xfinity right now.

Many companies are going this route - its is better for the environment, less expensive and more practical. Get with the times or find someplace else to get your cable.

I recently got service on march 11 2016 first bill was due April 9 paid bill got another bill saying owed another 204 which totalled my first bill for less than 30 days worth of cable @ 459 was told to make arrangements on remainder of bill called and was told to give them a post dated payment...no who gets charged 459 dollars for less than a month of service was told my service would be shut off if i didnt pay another payment in the same month now im getting shut off and hit with the fees for breaking agreement they are extortionist i started off with them in the red ...459 for less than 30 days of service...shhh
