Early termination fee | Xfinity

I went with Comcast after the costs for FIOs was crazy. I was supposedly on a no contract account but when I moved out of state from MD to FL they are charging me for a $70.00 fee after turning my services off a month early then requested and then forced to turn the services back on. Then increased my service costs because the plan I had was grandfathered in and could no longer be applied to my account. Meanwhile their customer service rep originally called me to confirm the new order for the people buying my house and then put the date in incorrectly. Xfinity is the worst with customer service and billing. I will never go back. Total BS!

Our account was incorrectly sent to debt collections due to not returning our equipment. We did return the equipment and we have receipts to show proof. After almost 2 years of back and forth between Comcast and the Debt Collection Agency, it was resolved in 8/2018. The Debt Collection agency sent a letter to my email which I also forwarded to Comcast showing proof of case closed on 8/5/2018. Today which is 4/1/2019, I get a call at work for the EXACT SAME ISSUE and DOLLAR AMOUNT different Debt Collector. I called Comcast and they didnt seem to know anything about the prior case being closed. I asked then why was it sent to a different Debt Collector? They had no answer. So this is year 2.5 of dealing with a dead issue that has been brought back to life.....

they put my payments on wrong acct more than once. there billing me for premium Comcast and I didn't order it, now they say I owe a months payment from last may which doesn't show up on my bill and obviously the put it on the wrong acct again plus they just leave it hanging and charge me penalties and fees how nice of them very dissatisfied if I had any options to get rid of Comcast I would . someday there day will come!!!!!

I have iPhone X. I go to icon connect then go to voice and to my surprise I find my messages on top of messages it said this phone number 415-923-6953!!! Now this may seem strange but I moved out of that area long ago. The new number is on my account. Look at voice top said call log (415)-932-6953. Not a valid account phone number.

Well, my phone was never turned back on instead the number I've had for almost 20 years got stolen. I"M PISSED!!!
