Billing issues for the 2nd billing month. On top of not having any service for the first 3 weeks which was supposed to have been credited but still has not.
Then #comcast asked me to take a survey after being on hold for over an hour! Sure. Survey says: your company is horrific as is your customer service. "Customer service" - you may want to google that since it is clear you dont know what it means.
How many phone calls and countless hours does it take to rectify a situation? Probably the same amount it would take for your company to learn good customer service skills.
